Chapter 18: Finally

Mina POV

I stand up and say, "I have to go. I forgot I had to articles some writes.... I mean write some articles!" Wonwoo grabs my arm and says, "The second hand embarrassment is killing me. Just go talk to him, I'm going to go somewhere else." Wonwoo leaves and Jimin stares at me. I say, "Stop staring."

Jimin smirks and says, "Why? Because I'm handsome." I reply back flustered, "Well Yes... No... Maybe?" He chuckles and says, "I missed you Mina." I look at my food feeling shy and say, "I missed you too." He moves to the seat next to me and says, "So, you were trying to make me jealous?" I put my hands up defensively and say, "No. I mean yes but it's not because I like you. Or I do like you... Did it work?"

I stop talking and breathe in and out. I look back at him and slap his face so hard that the sound echoes through the room. I yell at him, "WHY DID YOU TREAT ME LIKE SHIT ON OUR FIRST DATE! I PREPARED EVERYTHING WITH WONWOO AND JIHYO AND YOU WANTED TO EAT AT A FUCKING RESTAURANT. NOT ONLY THAT BUT YOU ALSO WANTED TO LEAVE EARLY ONLY TO SHOW UP TO ANOTHER PARTY! I'M SORRY I SAID GOODBYE ON THE PHONE BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE BECAUSE I KNEW I WOULD STAY IF I DID! I DON'T REGRET LEAVING BUT I FELT SO MESSED UP BECAUSE I LEFT YOU LIKE THAT! WHENEVER BAMBAM SET ME UP ON A BLIND DATE I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE WHEN I WAS WITH YOU SO I REJECTED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM EVEN THAT GUY JAE! WHO I STILL DON'T KNOW! WHAT I'M TRYING TO SAY IS FUCK YOU. I'M SORRY. I LOVE YOU!"

He touches his cheek and says, "Say again?" I inhale and exhale again so I could repeat the same exact thing. I slap his cheek again and say, "WHY DID YOU-"

Author POV

Mina is interrupted when her lips connected with Jimin. Tears fell from her eyes as this is something she craved and the feeling isn't disappointing but even better than what she had imagined. Jimin puts his arm around her waist as he deepens the kiss.

They break away to breathe and he says, "I waited 2 years for that kiss." Mina says, "What does that mean?" Jimin hugs her and says, "Whatever, you want it to mean." She fakes barf and says, "Cheesy!" He giggles and says, "Were you planning to sleepover with Wonwoo if I never got jealous?"

She nods her head and says, "Don't worry about him, he's gay." Jimin gasps, "What, you're lying." Mina shakes her head and says, "No I'm for real." He inspects her face to make sure she isn't lying but gets distracted and ends up admiring her beauty. He pokes the mole on the bridge of her nose and says, "Why are you so beautiful?"

They hear shrieking and move their gazes to the table. They see Jisoo staring at them, Jimin asks, "How long have you been there?" Jisoo laughs awkwardly and says, "Ever since she slapped you." Jinyoung then says out loud, "Has anyone seen the mini projector? I let Jaebum borrow for one day and he doesn't return it for weeks." Mina points at Jimin and Wonwoo's room and says, "It's in there. Knock first." He nods his head and Jisoo looks at us.

She says, "I like it. You two look good together." Jinyoung then says, "Ok let us go. I got the stuff." Jisoo shows a thumbs up before leaving with Jinyoung.

Jimin then says, "So where were we?" Mina says, "I was finishing my food." He drops his jaw slightly and says, "Ahhh." As she finished her food, he took her hand and pulled her onto the couch.

He says, "I would love to do nothing with you for the rest of my life." Mina perks her head up and says, "Are you asking for me to never leave?" Jimin tightens his grip around her and says, "I hate it when you leave. So yes, please stay with me for the rest of my life."

She snuggles closer to him and says, "You know I can't do that. I set up my career in Thailand and I can't turn back anymore." Jimin softens his hold and Mina says, "But, it doesn't mean we can't be together."
