Chapter 13: Prom Night

It has been two years since Y/N, and Leni started dating each other. Their relationship has been filled with bliss and everlasting happiness. Through their years together as a couple, many students from Royal Woods High School found it hard to believe that, Y/N was dating Leni Loud. Especially the girls. The girls at school were all so devastated when they heard Y/N was still in a relationship with Leni. About every single girl had from school had a crush on Y/N. But that was mainly because Y/N had many qualities as a man that would make him the perfect husband to any girl. Y/N, was handsome, strong, smart, and just had an easy going personality that Y/N could friend anyone he wanted to. Aside from all that though, Leni wasn't really one of the "popular kids" at her school. Leni was hated by many female students, all because she stole Y/N from them, and was still consider by the boys to be one of, if not of, the most beautiful girls at their school. Rivaling Joanna Hawthorn, a very popular girl a their school. But luckily for Leni, everybody knew not to miss with Leni. Least they face the wrath of her boyfriend. Y/N. Almost every student knew from school, that Y/N knew how to box, and fight. So nobody has ever bullied Leni since she started going out with Y/N.

As for Y/N family life, he was still in a rough relationship with his dad. As for his mother, she still supported her husband decisions, but had already approved of Y/N career path. So Y/N knew in his mind that this was still a work in progress.

The Loud Family were also saw Y/N as part of their family. The entire family had already knew in their minds that Y/N would no doubt marry Leni in the future. So whenever Y/N was in the presence of a Loud, they either tease their sister in front of Y/N or would just want to talk to him.

Y/N life was filled with adventure, and bliss. The future was looking very bright for Y/N, and Leni.

Currently, Y/N was hanging out with Leni's family, at their house, and just chilling out on their couch.

Y/N had decided to take a quick nap, sensing that his body, and mind is far too relaxed.

It was past noon when Y/N finally got woke up. His joints popped and creaked in protest, and Y/N had to stifle a yawn. As Y/N does some stretches in discomfort, Y/N had to fight the urge to just lie down and go back to sleep, but even in his current state, he could not let himself fall back to sleep.

The hallway was quiet. Well, quiet by Loud standards, at least. Y/N could hear Lola talking loudly from inside her room. It sounded like she was rehearsing for an upcoming pageant. That, or she was just playing pretend. Lisa and Lily's room was silent, but there was a purplish smoke emanating from underneath the door. Y/N sighed, making sure to hold his breath as he passed.

Lincoln continued down the hallway, shuffling along gingerly on his feet quietly. It was Sunday, so it made sense that things would be quiet. Good. The last thing Y/N wanted right now was-

Unknown: "Y/N?"

Y/N nearly jumped out of his skin, clapping a hand over his mouth to stifle a scream. Lucy was poking her head out from her room, her expression blank as ever. Y/N braced himself against the nearby banister, pausing a moment to catch his breath.

Y/N: "Woah Lucy… you scared me there. I could of fallen down the stairway."

Lucy: "…Sorry. How's, um… how are you doing?"

Lincoln's expression softened a bit and put a smile. To most people, Lucy Loud came across as cold and uncaring… emotionless, even. But Y/N knew her well enough to pick up on the concern in her voice.
