Already at chapter 25 and i cant believe the response im getting from it. Im sorry i take so long to update but at this point i didnt think this book would go anywhere i just was expecting to write it for me whenever i got bored lmao, im glad yall are enjoying anyway-ill try to update as frequently as i can but it would help so much if you guys kept commenting and voting for the parts so i can see what yall are thinkin so far, anywho-enjoyy

Anthonys POV

Chris' aunt made us some stove top mac and cheese since the stove was still working. And we sat at the dinner table eating it in the candle lit dark

"Thanks aunt jenna" Kendall says as her aunt nods

"Sorry, its not my usual standard but..its the only thing i could really prepare without too much light"

"Its great aunt jenna, thankyou" chris agrees

"Yeah thanks" i chime in

"No problem loves, enjoy. And theres more on the stove if you want to help yourself." She says "i think im gonna make my way to bed now" she says as she gets up from the table

"Goodnight" we all say in unison as she waves before grabbing one of the flashlights and going down the hallway

"Guess you're gonna have to shower in the dark Ken" Chris muses at her as she glares at him.

Well thats not such a bad thought to have..

"Yeah yeah yeah" she says, finishing up her mac and cheese

"So what type of running around were you doing in this weather?" Chris turns to me

"Oh..um.. well i had to get some waters for the house and stuff"

"As the storms happening?"

"Im a procrastinator" i shrug jokingly as he shakes his head

"You're the worst, you know that?" Christian says as we laugh

Kendalls POV

"Hey Ken!" I hear Chris call from his room as i get out the shower with my towel wrapped around my wet body and battery powered lantern in hand.

"Yeah" i lean against the door frame as i feel Anthonys eyes on me immediately

"Go get dressed and come play uno with us" he says as i see Anthony literally undressing me with his eyes and i giggle a bit, tucking a strand of wet hair behind my ear

"I dont know.. i got a lot of homework" i say cautiously

"Your school sent a email and its not open tomorrow-so you're good" he says

"Seriously?" I say excitedly "fine..you got me-be right back" i say going back to my room to change.

I come back to Christians room wearing my polar bear pajamas as i sit down with them, picking up my stack of cards thats already been laid out for me.

We must've played uno for hours before Chris finally decided to call it quits and get ready for bed. Thank god cause i was tired too..

I've had a really long, really stressful day. Between seeing Anthony at lunch and then again after school-i could use a nap.

"Okay well goodnight guys" i say, deciding to leave Christians room first, going downstairs with my flashlight and getting a glass of water before bed.
