So, I've officially ended this book now; however, I have this little 200-word scrap chapter that I never finished, so uh... yeah, lmao. It's been here for 7 months, and now I'm finally deciding to post the little thing, so... yep. Please check out my account if you want to read more stuff 💙💙 (It's not Pokèmon though so don't get your hopes up, lol.)
Serena's POV.
"How?"
"Oh come on, you yelled in the classroom, Serena. Remember? That police officer came right before I destroyed you from existence?" Lysandre asked. "I thought I made a bigger impact on you."
"I honestly haven't thought of it sense," I admitted. "You aren't as scary as you think you are, Lysandre."
"Really? Well, follow me if you really want to beat me up like most aura masters." Lysandre grinned.
Deep inside me, the feeling that he had a plan surged. He wants us to be overconfident so we fail in battle. I know it.
Once Lysandre walked out of the room, Ash was quick to follow. However, I pulled on his shirt, forcing him to stay back.
"What? We're about to beat him!" Ash whispered fiercely.
"Look, he wants us to feel overconfident, Ash. We need to make sure to not get cocky. He's your uncle, meaning he has more experience than us by a longshot. We're more powerful and we have Arceus, sure, but he has more mental power than we do. Just stay cautious, alright?" I replied.
"Okay, Serena." Ash smiled weakly. "Sorry if I scared you."
"No, you didn't. Just making sure you remember," I chuckled.
