-From the battlefield blew thick purple smoke. Skylar set fire to the creatures. Just in battle, she learned how to control the movements of the fire coming from her palms. Make it grow, sway, push.
She heard a growl from behind. Crouching down, twisting around, jumping up and slammed the alien to the ground, burning it.
-Carly's eyes landed on a familiar face and her jaw dropped.
Ryan saw her too. "Carly! Hey! It's so good to see you!!" He exclaimed, nearing her. Carly studied him. "Ryan. Wow....you uh...You're taller. And stronger. And....with a crossbow? " Carly listed, smiling. "A lot has happened."
"So I've been told."
"Oh. Incoming." Ryan went back to defense mode, seeing four Outriders. Carly ignited her hands and Ryan raised his bow.
It only took a second for the two to kill the aliens. Carly panted turning back to look at her friend and give him a thumbs up.
"It suits you."
-This certainly wasn't the first time Clint was running for his life but this moment seemed even MORE stressing since he had the gauntlet with all six stones. The ONE thing Thanos wanted.
"Cap, what do you want me to do with this damn thing?!"
From somewhere, Steve fought with an outrider. He held it back with his shield, summoned Mjolnir and hit it. "Get those stones as far away as possible!"
"No!" Bruce said. "We need to get them back where they came from."
"No way to get them back. Thanos destroyed the quantum tunnel." "Thanos destroyed everything. Period." Tristan added.
"Alright! We need to regroup! Now!" Steve commanded, looking ahead at a deep trench where all the Avengers could meet.

Iron Man, Spiderman, and Surge were the first ones there, panting from all the fighting. Suddenly, an Outrider came at Peter. He barely had time to react as he covered himself. An arrow whistled by him, followed by the injured howl of the creature.
Peter whipped around and was met with his best friend, Ryan. Ryan grinned and lowered his crossbow, approaching the small teen. Peter laughed, putting a hand to his chest. "Dude!"
