Cale's POV

"Yeah, Cienna, can you enumerate again the things I need to buy, because really, I'm in a short term memory loss right now, sis." I said jokingly through my phone. I was on my way to the Supermarket to buy my sister's necessities. I didn't understand much aside from her whining and her calling me an 'idiot'.

I missed her. I missed her terribly much. After several months of being in Paris for her dream to be a Master Chef, our family had been really quiet without her and her big mouth.

I know she misses me too, she's just pissed right now cuz I couldn't memorize all the stuff that she was blabbering about. Seriously, who buys a whole pad of stuff?

My sister, ofcourse. I rolled my eyes at my own thought.

I took a quick left to the parking lot of this street's Supermarket then turned on the speaker to hear her clearly as I unbuckle my seat belt.

"I sent you the things that you need to buy. Do.not.forget. anything." She demanded. She's always so demanding. I think she got it from our mom.

I opened her sms and read her txt which was the things that I need to buy. "Oh, please tell me that I'm not actually going to buy tampons!" I ranted. Is she really fuckin serious?? I am and will never going to buy fuckin tampons!

"You are so hurry up!" And she hang up.

Why didn't she just buy these stuff herself, anyway?

I walked inside the store and checked Cienna's list. I'm doing this because I am such a kind and loving little brother but I'm gonna pretend that I didn't read tampons even though it's the first one on the list.

I took a push cart and started to go aisle after aisle to get Cirnna's items. She better not do anything in my office while I do her grocery.

Okay, so I got her perfume, a pair of house slippers that had fluffy ears that she even indicated on the list, loaf bread, and some chocolates and chips. I still have a few other things to get, whew, I wonder how much time Cienna does this.

I went to the fruits station to get a dozen of apples and mangoes. Jeez, this is a lot. This is going to fill her whole kitchen.

How many times are you going to complain? Just do the shopping and get the hell out.

My mind tells me.

Right.

So I'm at the hygiene section and I see Cienna's favorite soap. I took five pieces and put them on my almost full push cart.

Okay, just a few mor--

"Oh, good riddens."

An old lady caught my attention. She was also with a push cart and she must've dropped the items on the floor.

My kind side got the better of me so I walked to her and helped her get the items. The old lady was in a floral top and navy pants. She didn't look that old though. As a matter of fact, she looked beautiful and well taken cared of.

"Thank you, dear." She mouthed as she smiled at me. She kinda remind me of someone I know, I just couldn't point out who.
