Chapter 3: How Is She Still Alive?

*Scar's POV*

After I heard Luna's howl in the night, I immediately woke everyone else up. I was excited to see her again and I'm sure everyone else is. Once I woke everyone up, I lead them in the direction where I heard the howls.

I started sniffing the air and smelled marked territory. I started to walk faster and then went into a sprint. I looked behind me and saw everyone running behind me. I also saw Kuze and Shinrin carrying their pups in their mouths.

I looked forward again and sniffed the air again. I smelled a wolf around and stopped running. I looked around. I saw a wolf with black fur emerge from the bushes and her eyes are closed. I recognized the smell.

"Luna, is that you?" I asked.

The wolf opened her eyes to reveal two bright, aqua blue eyes. My mouth fell open wide and I started to tear up. Frost came up and looked at my face.

"Scar whats wrong," she asked.

She looked over to what I was seeing and opened her mouth too.

"Aqua?" I said with tears falling down my face.

She nodded her head. I ran over to her and pressed my face in her fur. I felt Frost do the same on the other side.

I pulled away and looked at her face. She also had tears in her eyes and was smiling.

"How are you here? We saw dad kill you," I asked.

"The same way we got here, she came down from Wolf Heaven," Kaze interjected.

I looked over to her and see her bow her head to Aqua. Aqua does the same.

"You know Luna missed you a lot, she wasn't the same after you died," Frost said, drying her tears with her paw.

"I missed Luna too," Aqua said.

Luna and Aqua are basically the same but Aqua's voice was higher pitched.

"We are actually going to Luna's new Pack, she will be ecstatic to see you again," I said, excited.

She smiled again and I smiled back. I sniffed the air again as the wind blew. I continued forward and came up to a Pack entrance. I looked through and saw Luna laying on the Alpha's perch, looking at the entrance. I pulled my head back and turned to Aqua. I was telling her with my eyes to stay her.

I walked through the entrance and Luna jumped down from the perch.

"Hey Luna, you will never guess who came with us," I said.

*Luna's POV*

I was confused because I didn't know why he would be so excited.

"Come here," Scar said looking at the entrance.

What I saw was something I would imagine would be from a dream but I knew I was awake. I saw Aqua, my twin sister that my dad killed in front of me, the twin sister that I was best friends with before she got killed, was right in front of me.

I couldn't move and I knew tears were falling from my eyes like waterfalls. I felt like I was paralyzed and I felt like the missing piece of my life was complete. Aqua was staying in place as well. Tears were falling down her face.

I heard my Pack surrounding us, soft murmurs filled the clearing but I didn't take my eyes off of Aqua. It was like if I took my eyes off of her, she will be gone forever. She started to move towards me and we both buried our heads into each others scruff. Her smell was kind of like mine but sweeter, like flowers. We both pulled away and smiled.

"If you want, could I sleep with you tonight," we both asked at the same time.

We smiled again and we went to my den, where I have an extra bed in there just in case I got a mate. Before we went to sleep we looked at each other.

"Goodnight," she said.

"Night," I said back.

Then I went to sleep.
