Chapter 8: Mating Season *SMUT WARNING*

*Luna's POV*

I woke up in a panic. All I was dreaming about last night was Kaze and Shinrin dying. My claws were sunk into my bedding. I retracted my claws and got out of bed. I see Yoru and Shizen awake but it doesn't look like they are going to leave anytime soon. I walked out of my cave and see the Hunter's bringing in breakfast.

I walked down and grabbed two plump rabbits and brought up to my cave. I dropped the rabbits by Yoru and Shizen. They looked up at me and smiled. I smiled back. I walked back out of the cave and back to the food pile. I ripped off a deer leg and carried it to a spot under a tree. I laid down with the leg and started eating. I see white fur coming up towards me. I turned to my right and see Alaska walking towards me. I shifted uncomfortably and continued eating.

He sat down next to me and ate a plump rabbit. I pressed up against him, still feeling uncomfortable.

"Do you realize what day it is today?" He whispered.

I nodded shyly, I slowly get up. I follow Alaska to the Mating caves outside of the pack territory. As we enter are mating cave Alaska strong scent of pine, and honey wafts over me. My mind slowly goes blank as Alaska walks over to me. Alaska licks my nape.

"Are you positive you want this" Alaska voice is soft yet strong.

"Yes" my response is quiet and short.

That's all the conformation Alaska needed. An hour later, Alaska lays down and snuggles up to me as I slowly doze off, Before I fully succumbed to sleep, I hear Alaska say 'I love you'.

A couple days later

The third day of Mating season, I woke up to see Alaska watching me. I smiled at him and licked his face. I slowly stood up, feeling sore. I snuggled up against him and began walking out of the cave with the new male Alpha. I quickly walked to camp.

Once we entered camp, I see everyone look at me and smile. I slowly walked to the top of the Alpha perch. I do a quick howl and watch as everyone is getting into place.

"So as everyone knows we are now in the third day mating season and I am so proud to announce my mate and your new male Alpha Alaska. I also know in other wolf Packs only let the Alpha's mate but I will let you mate with who you want. And another announcement, I'm pregnant."

I hear cheers from everyone fill the clearing.

I watch as my new mate walk up right next to me and nuzzled my head and licked my face. I hear aww's go throughout the clearing. I feel my face heating up and snuggle up against him. I hear the aww's grow louder. I hear Aqua scream out from somewhere in the clearing 'FINALLY!!' Everyone in the clearing starts laughing. For the first time in a while, everyone is happy and I am happy.

"Sadly though, I can't be too active, in fear that my pups will be injured. So I need someone to bring food up to me and bring food up Yoru and Shizen."

Jack nodded as if to tell me that he will help. I smiled slightly at him and laid down on the perch. I made a motion to signify that the meeting is done and watch as everyone departed. I smiled and just waited till I can actually do something.

This is going to be a long two months.
