Chapter 5: Attack The Camp

*Noelle's POV*

Everyone in the camp is still. No one is making any noise. Luna sits near the entrance. Everyone else is hiding, waiting to ambush. Everyone's fur has rubbed themselves in flowers to get rid of their scent.

I sat there and waited. I catch Shane looking over at me with worry in his eyes. I look over to Mia and Lumine's position. I see Lumine staying close to his sister with a protective look on his face. Mia and Lumine are hiding near the medicine den, with their scent definitely undetected.

*Luna's POV*

I see golden eyes coming closer. I also see more pairs of eyes in the distance. I see dark colored furs appearing. I look to my side at Sakura and motioned for her to come here. I look to my other side and motioned for Violet to come here.

"Maybe we can not do this fight?" I said trying to come to an agreement, "I mean, what's the point of it?"

"It's a rematch," Lunar only said.

I could tell she didn't want to make peace. I stood up and signaled my Pack with my tail. Everyone came out of hiding and lined up behind me.

"Now, as I said, do you want to make peace, last time I'm saying it," I said in a growl.

"No," she growled back.

I scanned her Pack. My face tightened with anger when I saw Kasai and Shadow in her Pack. I felt myself grow bigger and the world got brighter. I turned back to Lunar and for a split second, I saw fear on her face. I smirked.

Lunar's Pack started running at us. Everyone in her Pack, picking some to fight. The Alpha's obviously have to fight each other. If one of the Alpha's calls for help, then the other side has won.

I turn to my Pack.

"誰も私を助けていません," I said to them in Japanese. It translates to "Nobody help me."

I turn to Lunar to see she has lunged for me. I duck down and scratch her stomach. I ran out from under her immediately. I see my Pack fighting in groups against the others in the corner of my eye.

I lunge for her before she can turn her back.

*Sakura's POV*

I start to fight with the Beta. From Luna's descriptions from her previous Pack, is her brother. I wouldn't be afraid to kill him.

Suddenly, I feel someone knock me over. I turn to see Kasai, another wolf from Luna's birth Pack, and Lupe , Luna's mother. I push them away and got up. "たわごと"

Three against one, this seems fair.

*Jack's POV*

I laid low in the pup den covering the entrance with my pelt. Luna told me to protect pups until the battle was over with. I decided to cover the den entrance with my side so the pups didn't see the battle.

"What is going on out there?" Shizen asked.

"Shizen, leave him alone," Yoru said quietly, "He doesn't want to talk about it."

"No Yoru, its fine," I said with a smile.

"Everyone out there is fighting with some mean wolves," I said as simplified as possible.

*Mark's POV*

I stood outside the pup den to keep the pups and Jack safe. I kept my back to the hole of the den that was covered by Jack's side. I see a black wolf with light gray eyes, red ears, and a scar on the snout. Another wolf is by its side that has brown fur, dark brown eyes that are almost black, a scar across its neck, and is really skinny. It also appears to be twitching in an insane way.

I put one of my back legs against Jack. I told him that if the paw comes off his side and doesn't come back within fifteen seconds, then he comes out of the hole and comes to help and makes sure that the pups stay in the den.

While I was thinking, I got tackled and had a sharp pain in my paw. I yelped and pushed the strange wolf off me.

It jumped right back on me and kept me on the ground. No matter how much I bit at the neck or scratched the underbelly, it didn't flinch a muscle. I was getting scared at the moment and started whining, looking around frantically, trying to find a way to escape.

*Jack's POV*

I started to get panicky as Mark paw wasn't on my back for a while. I turned around to look out to check on him. I see a black and red wolf attacking Mark. Mark's legs scratch at the underbelly frantically and he is trying to bite the neck as hard as he can. And I see another wolf, having a twitchy look around, I think making sure no one is to intervene.

I quickly tell the pups to stay in there and ran out to help Mark. I feel that Mark's eyes look at me and I feel stronger. I jump on the attacking wolf's back and bite him hard on the neck. I could tell he knew what was happening because I feel all of his muscles tense underneath me.

I hear a deep, rumbling growl escape the attackers throat. From the corner of my eye, I see the twitchy wolf turn around and look at me. I feel the fear creeping in and I looked down at Mark. He looked to his side quickly as if telling me to go there.

I loosen my grip on his neck and jumped there. Mark pushes the wolf off of him and it landed on his side with a thud. The twitching wolf looks down at his friend with fear in his eyes. He looked back at us and then quickly back down. He ran over to his friend and grabbed the scruff of his friends neck, dragged his friend away.

I looked quickly at Mark and nuzzled his neck. I felt him tense up for a second and then relax. I looked up at him and I saw a new look in his eyes.

I saw loving, protective look. He nuzzled me back.

"Go back to the pups," he whispered in my ear.

I nodded at him and went back in the den.
