Chapter 10: Labor

*Luna's POV*

It is almost time to give birth. I don't know how I know but I just do. I just lay in my cave and just wait for my water to break. Alaska waits by my side, despite me telling him that I want to do it alone. That is why I love him.

"Can you please leave Alaska?" I begged, "It is a tradition for females to give birth alone."

He looks at me and softened his gaze. He turned to the entrance and walked out of the cave, giving one final glance before leaving. I start panting and looked over at my rear. I see a liquid forming around my tail. I stand up and wince at the pain.

I feel my butthole being ripped open as the first pup starts to come out. I whined loudly. I hear pawsteps rushing over and then stop at the entrance. I could tell it was Alaska but I'm surprised he didn't come in. I shriek as the placenta full of pups comes out. I laid down carefully and ate the placenta off of the pups.

I looked at them for a second and then licked them dry. I hear them squeak and yelp. I hear them sniffing around and walk towards my stomach. Wolf pups are born blind and deaf but that might be fixed. They found where I produce my milk and started sucking. I just continued to lick them.

Once they were fully dry, I gave a quick bark and that was all Alaska needed to rush in and start licking my face. He stopped for a second and looks over at the pups. He got the happiest look on his face. He licked all of them once each and laid down next to me. He licked my cheek and then laid his head in his arms.

I looked into his eyes and he could what tell I want. He could tell that I am hungry. He rolled his eyes and walked out of the cave. I put my head between my arms. I don't know when this happened but I fell asleep. I felt all my pups curl themselves up next to my stomach and fall asleep as well.

*Alaska's POV*

I grabbed a plump bunny and a chunk of deer meat. I rushed over to the Alpha's den and ignoring everyone who was calling to me. Once I reached the bottom of the Alpha's perch, I ran up to the entrance. I stopped at the entrance and listened.

I hear faint snores coming from inside. I shook my head and walked in. I look over at the bedding and see Luna on her side sleeping and the pups curled up near her stomach, also sleeping. I walked over and dropped the food near Luna. I gave her a small lick and then walked out of the cave. What I first notice is Mark and Jack walking out of the camp... together... suspiciously. I smiled as I realized what is going on. Little did they know, male Omega's can get pregnant.

I snuck out of camp as well, just to see if I was right. I made sure I made no noise. Not even a rustle of leaves. Once I don't hear them anymore, I looked around to see where we are. I perked up my ears as I hear some noises going on in the mating cave. Now that I knew that I was right, I quickly and quietly went back to camp.
