We pick up Ashton and Michael from the house. Ashton still looks a bit sad. Calum drives us to this 'secret' place and Michael sits in the front with him. Ashton and I sit in the back. "I got a new phone" I say showing Ashton, he smiles "Wow! I love the case" I smiles "Michael picked it out" Michael turns around "I have a good taste" He says smiling "Yes in girly things. I think you may have some girl in you" Ashton jokes everyone laughing. I smile this is how things should be, everyone having fun together. Calum pulls the car into a car park, I look around and see a big building in front of us. "Where are we?" I ask, Calum turned around facing me "A fun place" Michael jumps out of the car. Ashton gets out quickly. I slowly get out wondering where we were. We walk toward the entrance. Calum leads and holds the door open for me "Thank you" I say smiling. He smiles back "Any time" We make our way to the counter. "Hi there" A man says from behind the counter. "Just the 4 of us" Calum says paying the man. What are we going to be doing. The man smiles. He gives Calum 4 pairs of sunglasses. "The next movie airs in 10 minutes and it is Annabelle" The man says while Calum hands us each a pair of sunglasses. I smile a 3D movie. "Thanks for this" I say to Calum as Ashton and Michael lead the way laughing. Calum smiles "You'll have fun" We get into the cinema room and there isn't many people in there. We sit down the seat are rather uncomfortable. "Whats with the un comfy seats" I say moving around in mine. Michael smiles "They move" He raises his eyebrows up and down. I smile "Great and we are watching a horror movie" Ashton leans over Michael "Don't worry it wont be that scary" He says in a deep voice. I laugh as a couple enters the cinema. They were a young couple. They laughed and took the seats right at the front while we were right at the back. We sit there for a few more minutes and the movie starts. A small crowd of young teenage boys and girls quickly enter the cinema. They sat a few rows in front of us. I smile as I see them all having fun together. "You okay?" Michael whispers "Couldn't be better" I whisper back smiling. The movie started and everyone went quiet all you could hear was the crunching of popcorn.

The movie had been going for a few minutes and I was already scared. I tried not to show it. None of the boys looked scared at all. I sat there. Luke would normally have hugged me and told me its alright, but he wasn't here. The thought sliced my insides like a knife. I quickly stand up and walked out of the cinema. I run outside and sit down and cry. Tears streaming down my face like a waterfall. I gasp for air. I shake and look up and see cars parked everywhere. I hear someone behind me, I turn around and see a couple walk past laughing and hugging each other. I get up and run. Everyone is happy right now except me. I run through the carpark not looking back.

-Michael POV-
I run outside after Mackenzie. I get into the carpark and there is no one there. I run up to the counter panting with panic "Did you see a girl my age run out here" The women behind the desk shakes her head "Im sorry no I didn't see anyone" I sniff and go back into the cinema in an orderly fashion. I get to Calum who is indulged in the movie "No one saw Mackenzie, she isn't outside" Calum looks at me "She is probably in the bathroom" I am not taking my chances, if she was going to the bathroom she would have said before she left. I leave the cinema again people turning their heads to see what all of the fuss is about. I run into the women's bathroom. No body was in there "Mackenzie!" I called yet no one answered. I ran outside into the carpark and saw nothing except cars. My body froze, she could be anywhere right now. Something could have happened to her. And yet I am the only one who cares. Luke is an idiot and he is going to pay for what he has done to Mackenzie. Mackenzie is my best friend and no one breaks her heart without me getting back at them.

-Mackenzie POV-
I run down towards the beach. The cold wind blowing my hair in my face. I sit on the sand and my feet sink in. My eyes watering, I watch the waves crash onto the sand. The sky is going darker, it looks like there might be a storm later on. I look far out into the ocean. The still water turns into big waves eventually and the waves disappear. I wish all my problems would disappear. I rest my head in my hands. I feel the dampness from my tears on my hands. I grab a handful of sand and throw it. It splits into millions of grains and falls to the ground. I sit there and wish I didn't have to live right now I felt so much pain yet no happiness.
