"So I see you broke up with Alan" said a robotic voice as I walked into the house. I was startled at first but not for long until I saw my annoying brother slowly spinning the chair he sat on, to fully face me. The floor was dark except for the sun rays passing through the transparent white curtains, hung over the wide windows. The faint light hit the center of the room; where Gabe apparently decided to put a swivel chair and look like those creepy mafia rich bastards that go like "Where's my money?" as they blow a puff of smoke into the air. Lets not forget those damn shades that cost more than my college tuition.
"Now's not the time to discuss this with me, Gabriel. Who and what's cooking today?" I firmly put my hands over my hips after dropping my bag onto the soft carpet.
"Zachary and pizza" he answered straightforwardly, not taking his green eyes off mine for a second. "You didn't answer my question"
"Yes I did. I meant he broke up with me" I sighed deeply.
"Ok that's all I wanted to hear" he grinned like a doof and walked away like he came back from the park.
I stood there puzzled with his actions, he knew that we broke up so why need a confirmation?
I quickly changed into light pj pants and an oversized t-shirt before running down to the kitchen, my stomach's been upset for a few minutes and it cannot handle it much longer.
"Is the food ready?" I asked Austin as he waited for the food at the island. I was impressed with the way Zachary's attention was all on the pizza and only the pizza, I don't think he even acknowledged my presence. Oh well, as long as I get food in my system then screw everything else.
His eyebrows pulled together while he checked his watch on his wrist "Errr it should be-"
"READY!" Zach jumped up on his feet and I was taken aback by the sudden glow in his eyes. Was he so ecstatic that he didn't burn the pizza? Well damn if he was.
"Someone's in a good mood" I smiled in amusement, times like these made my day even if they were such silly little things.
"Sammy!" He whined. "I didn't burn my first pizza! Congratulate me" he pouted and crossed his arm over his chest. Told you he was happy not to burn the food. Wait of course he wouldn't, We'd all go bat shit crazy over him.
"You haven't passed the test just yet" Austin smirked at me yet directing this to Zach. "You have one more thing to pass". The kitchen went silent, I'm surprised Gabriel didn't come in here to ask if he's gone deaf or were we just quiet today due to the silence.
"Trust me! It's safe to eat, I added a lot of cheese and it's delicious" Zachary assured us with wide eyes filled with confidence. He cut the pizza with the pizza cutter and quickly tossed two slices of hot pizza onto two glass plates.
I looked at Austin with a panicking look, I was not ready to die. I have no idea what was put in here, for all we know he could've slipped drugs or poison in there just for the fun of it.
Oh quit it, will ya?
The voice is right, I'm just exaggerating because apparently I don't trust Zach's cooking skills no matter what happened. "Sammy!" he whined. "I did nothing to it, I promise you!"
"You go first" Austin shrugged. I stared at him in disbelief and argued back. "You know you can never win an argument with me. Like never" he emphasized the last sentence with a false bitchy tone.
"Fine but if I die its on you" I warned the both of them. And I want you to tell Ethan that he's been driving me nuts since day one.
What the actual frick brain?!
I don't go crazy over- ok maybe I was about to lie but I did nothing better but deny it! Quick random statement: I loved the tattoos on his neck. Made him look extremely hot.
"Sam!" They both urged, I rolled my eyes, pushing the Ethan case to the back of my mind and grunted before digging my teeth into the melted cheese and thin layer of bread. "This is.." I chewed the tiny piece, furrowing my eyebrows in concentration.
This was my second slice, Austin and Zach begun to feel irritated with my lack of speech. "Are you going to say how it tastes?" Zachary mumbled in annoyance.
"This is..." I put my slice down and looked at them with a smiley face. "The best thing I've ever tasted. Literally"
"TOLD YOU! SUCK MY DICK BITCHES!" Zachary hollered and did the strangest dance I've ever seen. We both nervously looked at the crazed blondie acting like he won a damn Oscar.
"Uh no thanks, I think I'll have to pass" I gave him a wary glance.
"Sam don't you have homework to do?" Austin blurted out of nowhere.
"You can't get rid of me that easily" I smirked, he wanted the pizza all by himself. Not even over my dead body. "That pizza's boss so don't even"
He chuckled dryly. "To your room Angel, you're not getting pizza anytime soon"
"Hey Austin" I innocently smiled.
"Yes?" I sent me a puzzled look.
"Do me the honors and shut up" I grinned wider.
