When we return, Thunderbird 2 slowly wheels out from its hanger. The palm trees fall in unison, whilst Thunderbird 2 continues to taxi over along the ramp. It finally halts, and a huge ramp raises, pointing Thunderbird 2 into the air. Another flap opens from behind. KABOOM! Thunderbird 2 then accelerates off and zooms off into the sky, racing for the danger zone.
The setting at St. Alban's Head is cornered off. Only the police force is around on the beach, including Lady Penelope, Parker and Grover, watching the situation take place. The Officer is annoyed and tired, with Jeremy standing with an officer, disturbed by the situation that his friends are in danger.
Officer Baker:
Alright. The entire area has been cornered off. I have no idea how those three are still alive in there.
Lady Penelope:
International Rescue are on their way now Officer.
Officer Baker:
Thank you Lady Penelope. The force are obliged of the assistance you have given us. Agent Grover, you will need to help supervise the capture of the Armageddon with us. Lady Penelope, look after this young boy here.
Lady Penelope:
Very well Officer.
Jeremy:
Hi. You know International Rescue, Lady Penelope? They'll be able to rescue my friends?
Lady Penelope:
Of course they will young man.
Jeremy:
Have you ever been saved by International Rescue?
Lady Penelope:
Well... On certain occasions, yes.
Jeremy:
And I can say I've met International Rescue, only it's because they needed rescuing.
Parker:
Oh. This young lad is going to do me' head in! Be''er go bring round the car m'lady. For this bloke who got himself stuck in the rocks.
Inside the rocks, the Armageddon is a desperate man. Angry and scared, he holds Christine at gunpoint in very dim lighting.
Christine:
You can't get away with this! When we're out of here they'll take you!
Armageddon:
Be quiet!
He takes out a small stick, which acts like a radio.
We're trapped here. Any sign of rescue yet?
Helicopter:
Negative sir. But we're standing by!
Armageddon:
What's going on out there?
Helicopter:
The others have all been arrested and the barrel has been taken away. The police and Lady Penelope are waiting outside for you.
Armageddon:
Don't worry, they won't harm me when I have a hostage. Little girl!
Christine:
Listen!
Armageddon:
I ordered silence girl!
Christine:
No, no. Somethings coming!
They remain silent.
Armageddon:
Water! The river!
Christine:
We need to get out of here!
Armageddon:
I thought I ordered silence little one! And you're going to stay nice and quiet with me! There's nothing to worry about. Confidence girl, confidence. And when I get out, I am going to escape from the police.
Christine:
And me?
Armageddon:
Your time will come.
Christine:
But, my friend is in the stream! You've probably killed him!
Water begins spewing out from the cracks, as the stream was beginning to flood, and water spilling out across the floor.
Armageddon:
Good!
The boy is injured, he is lying across on a massive hole that he has climbed up as the water spurts through. The water from the stream rushing down to the lower levels protecting him as he hides. He groans in pain as Shane tries to lift himself up.
Shane:
OW! Why did I climb through the stream? If I'm not going to be crushed by the rocks, I'll drown when the waters rise, or my leg is infected.
Officer Baker is growing impatient outside.
Officer Baker:
Oh come on International Rescue!
Lady Penelope:
They'll be here soon Officer. They'll be here, very soon.
