When we met(a zalfie fanfic)

Zoe

After we all finished laughing, which was like half an hour later, i went in the shower and got dressed. I wore black disco pants, a white crop top and my leather jacket. I applied a full face of make up and walked out into the living room. I was confused, Alfie was getting his shoes on. I thought we had sorted things out now, why was he leaving? I started to get really worried, why did everyone look so casual?

"Alfie, where are you going?" i asked.

"I'm going home Zoe" he responded.

"Why?"

"I need to get changed, i've had as much use out of these boxers that's possible" he chuckled.

"Phew, i thought you were leaving for good" i breathed a sigh of relief.

"No of course not, anyway i have to get going my roommate ,Marcus, will be wondering where i've been. Do you want to go to dinner tonight?"

"Yeah, what time?"

"I'll pick you up at 7, see you later Zo."

Alfie said goodbye to Louise and Matt as well and then he was out the door. I sat on the sofa. Great I have to find something to do all day. I switched on the tv, Friends was on. Louise then got into the shower, while Matt went into the bedroom to get dressed. They came out a while later and told me they were going out. I was left alone to think. I started to get really excited about spending more time with Alfie. I know he said we should take things slow because of what happened with Jamie, but i really liked Alfie. I knew he was different, i felt safe when i was with him. I didn't want to take things slow, I think i was falling for this guy, falling hard.

The hours past slowly, very slowly. It was now 5 o clock so i thought i should start getting ready. I put on a mint and white striped skater dress with some ballet pumps and my leather jacket. I had already done my makeup earlier so i just did a few touch ups then straightened my hair. It took me a long time to choose what to wear, so by the time i was finished it was 7 o clock exactly. I heard a knock at the door. I opened it to see a very handsome Alfie stood there.

"You ready?"

"Yeah" i walked out and closed the door behind me linking my arm with Alfie's.
