Chapter 5 - A Car Accident

Selena was going christmas shopping with Sienna even though it was only October but she wanted to make sure Oscar and Charlie had the best christmas ever seeing as Nancy was out of their lives "Sienna, where exactly are we going?" Sienna smiled "well dad has given you money right?" At Selena's nod she continued "well we're going to the best part of town" Selena nodded "dad gave me 250quid" Sienna smirked "wow, he never gave me that much" Selena smirked "must be his favourite then" Sienna laughed.

Patrick had been having a think about Anna and her being in Selena's life and decided it was best if Selena didn't have anything to do with her as it would only end in disaster, he was sat at the table when Maxine walked out the bedroom "where are you off to?" "I'm off to Price Slice, I need some bits and piece's" "no, you're not going out" Maxine frowned "I'm not Selena, you can't ground me" Maxine knew that was the wrong thing to say as Patrick got angry "how dare you talk to me like that, I do my best to provide for you and my daughter and you repay me like this" "I'm sorry" "sorry isn't good enough" Patrick then pushed her to the floor and slapped her "get up".

Selena was having a good time with Sienna although she only had £100 left "Lena, what have you spent 150quid on?" Selena grinned "presens for you, Mark, Will, Dad, Dirk and Maxine, I need too get Oscar, Charlie and Tom something" Sienna smirked "what about Darren?" Selena shrugged "I'm not sure about him" Sienna grinned "get him a shirt or something" Selena laughed "yeah".

Will had agreed to meet with Anna too find out why she left and why she was back, he was trying to convince Dodger to go with him "Dodge please, it'll make things easier" Dodger rolled his eyes "Will, she nearly killed me, I can't forgive that" "why not?" "Because I can't" Will sighed "well come with me, you won't have to talk to her" "you're not gonna give up are you?" Will grinned "no" Dodger rolled his eyes but smirked "fine I'll come".

Selena's purse was much lighter now and she was guessing she only had about £20 left "well today has been quite intresting" Sienna smiled "we never get to do much now" Selena smiled back "remember when we were little and you used to play dolls with me, until you went away for a few months?" Sienna nodded knowing full well what Selena was going on about "we used to have fun didn't we?" Selena smiled and nodded "I still reckon you're mad" Sienna grinned "I think you're a brat" "I am a brat".

Dodger wasn't enjoying the meeting with Anna he was planning on leaving and going home "where are Sienna and Selena?" "They've gone shopping" Anna nodded "why doesn't Selena want to talk to you?" Anna frowned "Patrick, he's turned her against me" Dodger rolled his eyes "you did that when you nearly killed me and Sienna" "I never meant that, I wasn't well" "oh right and you're fine now" Anna nodded "I'm working on making myself better and my therapist says reconnecting with my children will go a long way" "shame Selena won't speak to you then" "I can always ask Sienna to speak to her" "that won't work, Selena has her own mind and she won't do anything if she doesn't like it" Anna frowned "Patrick has warped her" "Patrick has done the best for Selena and don't ever say otherwise" Anna looked at Dodger "he has warped her into being his clone".

Selena couldn't wait to go home and hide the presents "Sienna, I'm tired" Sienna smiled "I'm not surprised, you're always tired " Selena grinned "you bore me too sleep" Sienna took her eyes off the road and saw the twinkle in Selena's eyes "I happen to think you're the best sister" Selena grinned "well duh" Sienna rolled her eyes but before she could say anything Selena shouted out "SIENNA!" Sienna couldn't react in time as the truck came crashing into the passenger side...

Patrick was making dinner when his phone rang looking he saw it was Selena -

((Phonecall))

Patrick - Selena? Where are you?

Selena - hello, my name is Wendy

Patrick - why do you have my daughters phone?

Selena - there's been an accident, your daughter Selena is it, is unconcious

Patrick - what about my other daughter Sienna?

Selena - she's fine, but they're more concerned about your other daughter as she's lost a lot of blood, they're taking her to hospital

Patrick - please tell Sienna I will be there shortly

((Phonecall))

Patrick hung up and grabbed his car keys and sped to the hospital where he saw Sienna being checked over "Sienna" "Dad" "where's Selena?" "They've rushed her to theatre, she's got internal bleeding and a head injury" Patrick paled "is she going to be okay?" Sienna shrugged " I don't know" "I need to ring Mark" -

((Phonecall ))

Mark - Patrick? What's up

Patrick - Sienna and Selena have been in a car accident

Mark - are they okay?

Patrick - Sienna is, Selena's in theatre

Mark - I'm coming

((Phonecall))

Patrick looked at Sienna "Mark's on his way" Sienna nodded "I'm sorry, I only took my eyes off the road for a minute" "Sienna, a minute is all it takes" before Sienna could speak Dodger, Will and Dirk turned up "Patrick have you heard anything?" Patrick shook his head "no but I wish someone would tell me something" as Patrick said that a nurse came out "Mr.Blake?" "Yes, is my daughter okay?" "The operation was a success and we've managed to stop the bleeding, the next few hours are touch and go" Dodger spoke up "what are the chances of her waking up?" The nurse sighed "there's a 95% chance she will" Dodger paled he couldn't believe his little sister had a 5% chance of dying and he never got the chance to tell her he loved her "can we see her?" The nurse nodded "one at a time though" Patrick nodded "I'll go first.

Entering the room Patrick paled when he saw his little girl lying there lifeless, he wanted her wake up so he could show her he was proud to have her as his daughter but he knew that she wouldn't wake up yet or even not wake at all
