Chapter 8 - Bye Bye Mummy

A/N - Enjoy + I Know I Said Selena Was 14 But She's 15 X

Selena with her dad's permission had dyed her hair blonde, she knew her dad was still hurting Maxine but she had no idea why. That day she was going into town with Holly to get some new clothes "right daddy I'm off" Patrick nodded "do you need money?" "If you don't mind" Patrick smiled and handed his daughter 100 "wow, this is a lot" "you deserve to have some fun" Selena smiled "thanks daddy" "you're welcome, have you thought about what you want to do for your birthday?" Selena nodded "I think I'd like a party, just for family and friends" Patrick smiled "of course".

Selena met Holly outside the flats "right we've got some serious shopping to do" Holly grinned "let's go". After a couple hours in town Selena got hungry "Hols I need me some food" Holly smirked "me too" "maccies?" "Hell yes" Selena grinned and the girls headed towards McDonalds.

Patrick had decided to go and see Anna and find out why she was back in his life, when he arrived he bumped into a worker "oh I'm sorry" Patrick frowned as the worker ignored him, he got to Anna's room he frowned when he couldn't see her "Anna?" He heard water so assumed she was in the bathroom entering he paled when he saw her body lying in the bathtub "Anna?" He couldn't believe it "HELP!" 5 nurses came in "you need to leave now".

Selena was oblivious to the drama that was going on as she saw Will "Will, why are you dressed like one of the village people?" Will wasn't in the mood for silly jokes "not now Lena" Selena frowned as Will rolled away.

Patrick had been arrested for Anna's murder "I need to make a phonecall" the officer nodded and escorted Patrick to the phone -

(Phonecall)

Patrick - Maxine?

Maxine - Patrick? Are you alright?

Patrick - Anna has been murdered, I've been arrested

Maxine - you wouldn't murder anybody

Patrick - I'm well aware of that, I need you to tell Sienna and Mark

Maxine - what about Selena?

Patrick - Mark will have to tell her

Maxine - okay, Patrick, I love you

(Phonecall)

Patrick was taken back to his cell to await questioning.

Sienna and Dodger had been asked round to Maxine's so she could talk to them about Anna "Maxine what's happened?" "Its erm its Anna, Patrick found her body earlier" Sienna stood "no, you're lying" Mark couldn't believe what he was hearing "does Lena know?" Maxine shook her head "Patrick wanted one of you two to tell her" Mark nodded "I'll tell her".

When Selena returned home she saw Sienna, Mark sitting there "Lena we need to talk to you" Selena frowned and sat on the sofa "its mum, she's been found dead in her bathtub" Selena paled and started crying "wh-what?" "Dad has been arrested for her murder" "dad wouldn't do anything like that! He's innocent" Sienna took her little sister into her arms "its going to be alright Lena, I'm going to take care of you" Selena shook her head "I don't want you, I want my daddy" Selena stood and went to her room.

Patrick had been released without further enquiries and was walking home when Sienna came up to him "how could you" "what?" "Kill my mother" "Sienna, I didn't, its a mistake" "right, she turns up and you don't like it so you killed her" "I didn't Sienna" "stay away from me and Selena" "you can't stop me" "Selena is breaking her heart in her room".

Patrick got home and went to Selena's room "Lena?" Selena looked up and grinned "daddy!" She ran into her dads arms "I don't believe it, I don't believe you killed her" Selena sat on her bed "I saw a workmen leaving the building earlier" Selena looked up " a workmann?" Patrick nodded and Selena frowned she knew Will was wearing workman clothes earlier but he wouldn't kill anybody.... Would he?
