This is going to be time skipping a chunk. To get to the more interesting/fun parts. Some of this may be original material since I can't be arsed to look up some of the lines. Enjoy.

Team 7 (excluding Yukiya since her whereabouts were unknown), they headed towards the tower, since they had all of the scrolls needed to move on to the next part of the test. Soon enough, they came upon the tower, ascending upwards. They were happily chatting whilst wondering where Yukiya could have been. Naruto was extremely worried even though Akira had tried to comfort him. In a matter of moments after entering, Iruka appeared, now smiling at his previous students with a proud sparkle in his eye.

"You guys have come far! It seemed like yesterday it was your first day...unaware of the world...I am proud most of all of you, Naruto!" Naruto beamed brightly, and stood with a rather confident air to him. His hands were on his hips, a smile settled across his lips. The rest of the team smiled with fondness. The atmosphere was pleasant.

"Wait, where is Yukiya?" Iruka asked, brow raised.
"Ah, right. Ehhhh, Gaara kinda kidnapped 'er."
"...what?" Iruka could not believe what he was hearing. A member of their team had been supposedly kidnapped, and yet, they seemed rather fine with everything. Gaara of the Sands was well known for how terrifyingly strong he was, as well, as...frightning.
Akira shrugged her shoulders. "It's fine. She ain't in danger. He is a sweetheart to 'er. Loves 'er."
"Still...she was kidnapped..."
"...she will be fine."

For around the next ten minutes, Iruka and Akira had a staring contest until they had to go further to see the rest of the Teams and see what was going to happen next.

"Hey, guys!" Kiba appeared with the rest of his team either side of him. When he scanned over everyone, and stopped at Sakura, he gave a sweet smile of his with a blush staining his cheeks. He wrapped his arm around Sakura's shoulders, bringing her closer into his chest: he now hugged her by her waist tightly. He rested his head on her shoulder. He said, proud of himself as a blush erupted across his cheeks, "Hey, beautiful~" Sakura pouted to herself, yet sighed in content. Akamaru was snuggled close in Akira's arms: Sasuke looked depressed af already. He was jealous that the dog got more affection than him, since he, you know, had to be the one to give affection. This is when Naruto realised he was the only one in the Team without a partner (kind of including Yukiya.) He failed to notice the blushing Hinata standing closely by. Shino only needed his bugs to be happy.

"I'm surprised you guys managed to get here. It was quite difficult." His tone dripped with cockiness. Kiba whined, however, when Sakura playfully punched his arm whilst trying to run away from his steel grip.
"Bet I could beat you in a minute." Sasuke joined in, yet with a softer tone than anyone was accustomed to. He had now become more of his previously cinnamon roll self, yet he still had his cocky/mean streak. He could be an angry little munchkin sometimes.

"Bet I could beat you in 30 seconds."
"Bet I could beat you in 5 seconds."
"Bet I could beat you in 2.333447989 seconds."
"...dude what the fuck."
"Problem?" The other emo had a smirk on his face, smirk widening when she looked away in annoyance.
A voice came from behind them. It was mixed between coldness and amusement. "Oddly specific, Sassgay."
"Look what the cat dragged in."
"...look what the snake chomped on." Sasuke, being a fast little shit, yeeted himself over to Yukiya, fist clenched whilst screeching "SCREEEEE". Yukiya, who stood as if she had a broken back, raised one of her legs, with her hands awkwardly in the air, and she shouted "COME AT ME, SNAKE SNACK!"

Again, Kakashi had witnessed too much shit. He had the weirdest team, for sure. He needed a hell ton of therapy: he might have to make an appointment with Yukiya soon (she isn't exactly a specialist, yet people spoke to her about problems. A girl, around their age, was well known for how blunt she was, but gave honest advice which everyone appreciated. She was not well known, since she had only just come from the Hidden Mist to apply.)

Every team had been told about the Elimination Rounds to get rid of students since, too many, supposedly, survived. First to start, was Akira vs. Haruhi Amari. They knew each other. Too well. They used to date years back, and now, only Haruhi felt hatred. It had not ended well for either of them, the Hidden Mist female remembered it so vividly.

They stood, facing each other. Akira was still as neutral as ever, feeling guilt. Haruhi had an expression mixed between anger and irritation currently. Their thoughts contradicted each other. It swirled with distaste.

"Begin!"
