WARNING:
Kind of mature? Nothing graphic, I didn't actually write the REALLY intimate stuff, just what led up to it. I tried to make it as delicate as possible, one: because I know I have some younger readers; and two: Sessa and Viggo are meant to have a pure kind of love. Enjoy! ♡

It had been a long, eventful day. After the war was won, Dagur insisted that his dragon riding companions stayed on the island for the night, even Sessa and Viggo. Although Sessa was indifferent to the idea of sleeping in a village that housed so many strangers, she put up with it for Viggo. This was yet another opportunity for him to earn Dagur's and the dragon riders' trust even further.
After being shown to three small, unoccupied huts, the group of eight split themselves among them comfortably. Snotlout would sleep with the twins, and Astrid would sleep with Hiccup and Fishlegs. The dragon riders decided it best to let Sessa and Viggo have their own hut, knowing that Sessa was still not quite comfortable around them.
Inside the one-room hut was a good sized bed, along with a dresser beside it. The only light was that of the moon, coming in through a rooftop window. There was an under-used fireplace on one wall all by itself. A tables and three chairs were positioned next to a few rows of empty selves. Other than that, the hut was bare, which seemed to relax Sessa even more; she was used to not being surrounded by objects of comfort.
"This isn't so bad, is it?" Viggo prompted Sessa, feeling her stress lessen. He put his arm around her waist as they walked inside slowly, the door shutting behind them. "Just the two of us," he went on with a charming smile down at his love, "as always."
"..I suppose one night will be alright," she replied with a small smile.
Viggo chuckled and released Sessa to set his sword down on the table. Sessa followed this action as well, unstrapping the waist belt the wore to hold her throwing knives. She also reached into her left boot, pulling out another, much longer knife. Watching as she unloaded numerous hidden weapons from her body, Viggo couldn't help but find it amusing how overly-prepared for a fight she constantly was.
When Sessa finally finished, she turned to Viggo with an affirmative head nod and a smile. He chuckle slightly again and stepped closer to her. Wrapping his arms around her waist, he pressed her body into his and leaned down to meet her lips with a passionate kiss.
It was the same way they'd kissed in their shared dream the night before. After everything that'd happened since then, it felt like weeks since that night. Sessa had almost forgotten how badly she'd wanted to keep going before. And now, that chance was finally presenting itself once more.
Sessa slid her hands up Viggo's stomach to his chest, slowly so as to take in every detail of his body through his shirt. Pleasant chills erupted through his being. She felt him smile against her lips as he carefully walked her backwards, not breaking the kiss. Pretty soon, Sessa found herself caught between the cold wall of the hut and Viggo's warm body. Breaking from the kiss, she looked up at Viggo with loving eyes. "If I remember correctly, this should be the other way around," she teased smoothly, voice soft and gentle.
Viggo raised his eyebrows and gave her a pleased look. "By all means," he accepted, letting Sessa have her way. There was no possible way he could say 'no' to her right then. All his mind could focus on was her. Their time together played through his head on a loop, from the moment they met to now. Yet things didn't feel so different, they had always been connected, the only difference now was how their souls fit together like puzzle pieces.
Sessa grabbed him by the neck of his shirt and gently twisted him around so that they'd switched places. Just like in their dream now, Viggo was the one ubable to move again. Not that he minded. Sessa smiled up at him radiantly. "..I love you, Viggo," she told him, without a single hint of nervousness.
The former dragon hunter's eyes widened for a moment. The last thing he had expected was for Sessa to be the first to admit her undeniable love, with how guarded she always seemed to be around others. But he was no less happy about it, a heartwarming smile breaking out across his face. "Oh, Sessa," he breathed, placing a hand on her cheek and leaning his forehead against hers, "I love you, too."
Then, slowly, their lips met again. The need between them only grew as the minutes passed. Both halves of their soul touched just slightly, but enough to send them both into a state of euphoria. Viggo was completely under Sessa's control as she let her lips travel from his own down to his neck, and then back up again. His hands roamed smoothly over her body, sending butterflies whirling through her stomach.
Sessa was caught off guard, however, when her feet suddenly left the ground. She gasped, breaking the kiss to give herself a moment to comprehend what had happened. Viggo had lifted her up against his middle, holding her firmly under her thighs as her legs instinctively wrapped around his hips for support. He gave her a sideways, playful grin and walked her over to the bed.
Once he reached the destination, he sat down on the foot of the bed, resting Sessa on his lap. For a moment, they only stared at each other, hypnotized by the connection between them, a connection stronger than any the world had ever known before. The intimate and intense connection of two separate bodies that shared one strong soul.
