Overwrite: Ch 4

Ink's pov:

I was honestly a little scared telling them that. What are they going to do to me? Why are they just staring at me?!

I looked over at Error, he looked away. He looked guilty.

I looked over at Error, he looked at me and held my face. I didn't notice I had tears rolling down my cheeks until then. He slowly pulled me into a hug being carefull of my bandages.

I was a little shocked but quickly hugged back. My eyes were a light blue tear and a dark blue broken heart. Error noticed this and held my chin.

"Ink, we are going to nightmare's castle soon, okay?" Error said. I nodded, tears still streaming down my face. Error looked at sci and gave him a death glare.

Error looked at Sci. Sci nodded and started to speak "Ink, you are healed enough and can leave after I check your soul. I shook my head and said "I-I'm sorry, but I cant do that. I could show you my stats though." Nobody knew that I didn't have a soul, and I plan on keeping it that way.

"Oh! Ummmm, ok then." Sci said as he pulled up my stats.

Sci couldn't understand it, he had no clue how to decipher this stuff. He didn't really care and closed the stats.

I, however, knew what it said, but was to afraid to tell anyone. Sci then said "Ink you are free to leave." I nodded my head, I didn't really feel like talking right now.

Error picked me up bridal style and I became a blushing mess. 'W-what is this feeling? Is...

Is this a real feeling or are my fake emotions just going berserk again?' I thought to myself. I hid my face in Error's sweater.

Error made a glitchy portal to Nightmare's castle and thanked sci. Sci said "Wait! Before you go, Ink is on strict bed rest! He should not be moving or going anywhere!" "Ok, thank you for telling me." Error said as he walked through the portal.

(I cant just leave it at 774 words! We need more story!)

When Error walked through the portal, Cross rushed over to us. Error must've told everyone. "Is ink ok?! Does he need anything?!" Cross asked. Even though he is part of the 'bad sanses' we are still pretty close friends.

"He's fine. He is just on strict bed rest, he will not be going anywhere." Error said. "Is there anything I can do?" Cross asked. "Yes, can you go get fresh new bandages and gauze from haventale. Also go tell everyone to meet in the my room." Error responded. Cross nodded and went to tell everyone before teleporting to haventale.

Error teleported in his room with me still in his arms. He laid me down on the bed and tucked me in. He turned on the lamp to give me more light. Suddenly there was a knock on the door followed by a very familiar voice saying "Error, you said you wanted all of us to come here?" Error responded with "Yea, come in guys."

Nightmare opened the door to let a very panicked blue in. I was confused. Why would Nightmare let blue in the castle? Let alone me?!

Error must've read my mind because he said "The reason why blue and you were able to come in is because I told nightmare what happened, except for the part about dream. I did not let Dream in no matter what he did." Blue nodded his head. Killer, Dust, Horror, Fell, Lust and finally Cross who was carrying the fresh stuff in a plastic bag. Even though they destroy aus, they dont go and steal stuff... sometimes... and even though they do destroy aus, it's only for the balance.

Error said "Wait, where did Fresh, Decay and Geno go?" Nightmare said "They are making something for Ink cause I said I could feel negativity coming from Ink."

As if on cue Geno and the others came up with new art supplies for while I stays here. I smiled at them for a thank you.

"Ink, we are all here because we want to hear your backstory." Error said sitting on the bed right next to me.

"Heh, welp, guess there is no way I can back out this time. Fine, I'll tell you all..." I said.
