The world went black
The lights flickered out
Time stood still
All was not as it seemed.
Peace rang out
As breath came to hold
Life was frozen in time
All was not as it seemed.
People were like wax
On display for none to see
Darkness crept out of the shadows
And all was not as it seemed.
