The next day I woke up early and got ready for the meeting. Yesterday when I got home, I made the business evaluation and I had already everything planned. I had explained everything to Matteo and he said he wanted to go with me.

I went downstairs and found Matteo eating. My stomach growled as I smelled the delicious food around the house. I passed by and gave him a morning kiss but he pulled me into his lap. I laughed as he did it, and Fanny entered seconds later with another plate of food.

"Good morning Fanny," I said to her while Matteo looked at me with amusement. My hand touched his neck while I stared at Fanny.

"Good morning Darling, I prayed for you yesterday so today goes wonderful. You will have the local for you flower store," she said as she placed the food on the table.

"Thank you. It will be fine, but I still feel nervous," I said looking again at Matteo.

"Don't worry everything will go fine, we just need to remain always positive even if something goes wrong," she said proudly and smiled. I nodded and then she went back to the kitchen. I turned around and began eating still sitting on Matteo's lap.

"I need your opinion on something. I wanted to make a new project with Domenico. Its about having my own wine," he said while I chewed.

"Matteo its amazing! Do it, I mean you could buy a place outside were you could have a vineyard. Oh! Maybe there you could have a restaurant or an hotel. You could also give people tours were they could know more about it," I said enthusiastically as I stood up.

"Actually its a good idea," he said smiling. Seconds later he hugged me with excitement and we began laughing.

"What's happening in here?," Fanny said as she entered to the room. I laughed harder at her surprised expression. But then Matteo and I went to hug her at the same time.

"Matteo had a brilliant idea," I said to her.

"But you gave me new ones," he said again as he kissed me and hugged me again.

"I'm happy for both of you," she said smiling.

"We will tell you everything when we come back. We need to leave," I finally said looking at the clock and then she nodded.

Matteo grabbed his car keys and we waved at Fanny as we closed the door.

•••••••••

We arrived to the local. I explained Matteo how this place was good, I had a vision for my flower shop. The place looked bad but we could fix it.

As we opened the door a skinny man was in his phone and a woman was behind him. As we entered he looked at us and he gave his cellphone to the woman.

"Good morning. My name is George and we got the call that you are interested," he said.

"Sr. Would you like to discuss the terms?," he said looking at Matteo. What the hell? I finally noticed the lesson of Matteo. He didn't even ask which one of us called him or was interested.

I saw Matteo's change of expression, he was bothered. "She's the one that you need to talk to, not to me. She's the one interested," he said deeply giving a powerful glance to him.

"I'm truly sorry. Ms, if you could sit in here to discuss the terms," George said as he pointed a chair that was in front of the table.

I nodded and walked towards the chair. He gave a look the woman, who appeared to be his assistant. She gave him some papers and a pen.

George started talking about the details of the local which I listen to him carefully.

"You see this place is quite good, its central and its location could give a lot of benefits to your business. There's good security and it has a lot of space," he said looking at me.

"Looks good to me, can I see the terms?," I asked.

He suddenly gave me a paper were terms said the insurance and the total cost of the local. I opened my eyes in shock as I saw the price, it was above my budget. Shit. But I smiled at it, I had already made my business research. I called the last owner of this place last night and told me how much he used to pay. The price in the paper was doubled in an amazing money.

I gave one look at Matteo and he smirked and then I smiled. Now it was time for the deal.

"I'm truly decided for this place, but we need to negotiate the price because it seems a lot of money for a place that still needs to be fixed," I said as I crossed my legs .

George expression changed and became serious. 'The seller would now get defensive' I remembered from what Harry had said yesterday.

"Fine. I will give it to you fifteen percent off of the total. But with the same interest," he said crossing his arms.

Lets go more lower. I need to have twenty five percent off if I pay the same interest.

"Thirty eight percent off, and have the half price of the interest because I would need to fix everything. I have also made a business valuation and this place is the half price of the one you are giving me," I said giving him a daring look.

"Twenty off. Its my final offer, I can't go any lower," he said clearing his throat.

"Not enough. You know the last time someone bought this place was four years ago," Matteo said as he stood behind me. I smiled again because I remembered the other lesson. Team. Matteo and I were a team.

He looked at us and he stayed quietly. He started fixing his tie, and I looked at his slow movement. When someone does that is because its not sure what to do next.

I stood up quietly waiting for his answer.

"Please call me when you have a better offer," I said turning around. Matteo and I started to walk but I grew nervous. What if he doesn't say anything before I leave. Leaving was an effective way to deal because it proves that we get what we want, if we don't have it we leave because we don't want to waste our time.

"Wait," he said.

I let out a breath of relief and we both turned around.

"Twenty five percent off and half the interest."

"Good. Let's sign the papers then," I said as I walked towards him.

His secretary looked at me surprised. She admired of what I have just did and I smiled at her in return.

That same night I got what I wanted.

As we got outside and walked. I screamed and run towards Matteo and gave him a hug.

"Proud of you," he said in my neck. But I suddenly began kissing him with desire. I love you, Matteo. But I didn't said it to him.

I love you, Matteo.

As we got home, Fanny was making lunch.

I ran towards her and gave her a hug and she hugged me back.

"It all went good," I said.

She began screaming and I just laughed. Matteo stood behind us smiling at Fanny's reaction to the news.

"Oh I'm happy for you sweetheart. I will bake you a chocolate dessert to celebrate," she said excited.

I nodded.

That same afternoon while we ate I felt happy and I just wished that things remained like this always. My parents would have loved to meet Matteo.

They would have loved it.
