Facetime

It was 9 in the morning when Tony woke up. Usually he would have grumpy mornings, but this time, its different. He woke up peacefully, its like he was ready to wake up every morning. Tony smiled, knowing the events that happened last night, he giggled. Stephen forgave him and they had a fun talk, he also had the confidence to confess, which he thought was impossible.

With a giddy smile, he went downstairs to pour himself a cup of coffee. The other members noticed how happy Tony looks, usually he'd go to the kitchen looking like he was going to kill somebody. Everyone was shocked, except for Bruce.

"Are you Tony Stark?" Rhodey asked with a shocked expression. He had never seen Tony smile like this. Tony faced at Rhodey and nodded.

"Of course I am, now stop ruining my morning" Tony patted Rhodey's shoulder, making him laugh.

"Good to see you in that state" He smiled.

As Tony's bestfriend, he had seen him in his best times, and his darkest times. Times where he was drinking himself to sleep, its like he gave up on life. Seeing him so happy early in the morning, means a lot for Rhodey, he's thankful to that person who made him genuinely happy again.

"Thanks" Tony chuckled and left, leaving Rhodey with a relieved smile.

Stephen decided to go back to Kamar-Taj to train his new students, and check new spells. He was very excited to go there, yet he doesn't want to leave New York. He then noticed that there was something wrong but he can't pinpoint it. After a few minutes, he realized what he was and will be missing since they had to be apart.

He then opened his phone to message someone.

Heyyy! Mind if you want to do a facetime?

Sure, I wouldn't mind _/^.^\_

Both of their faces popped on the screen, making them both smile. Stephen waved at the camera to greet.

"Hey Tones" Stephen greeted with a smile, causing Tony to chuckle.

"Heyyyy! What made you decide to facetime" Tony asked, not releasing his look from Stephen's gorgeous face on the screen. Stephen for a second, hesitated to answer, making Tony notice his smile drop.

"Well...I still wanted to talk with you and I can't do it personally since I'll be going back to Kamar-Taj" Stephen made a pout on his face and it was the cutest thing. Tony was literally not trying to just explode and squeal, or faint.

Goddamn Stephen...Im so in love with you

"Aww. When will you come back?" Tony tried to do a pout making Stephen laugh while at the same time, make his heart flutter.

Fuck I'd even come back now if you want me to.

"Maybe after a month?" Stephen said in an unsure tone, making Tony pout even more.

"What's it like in Kamar-Taj?" Tony asked out of curiosity, making Stephen chuckle.

"Oh its nothing out of the ordinary" Stephen waved his hands in the air.

"Well I gotta say, your magic, Mr. Doctor, is already out of the ordinary. I feel like I'm more ordinary than that place" Tony said, causing Stephen to smile.

"Maybe" Stephen said making Tony's eyes widen. He can see it clearly from the screen.

"Wow, you really agreed" Tony scoffed, making Stephen laugh hard.

"Just kidding. You're special" Stephen unconsciously said making Tony blush. When Stephen realized what he said he got flustered and red.

"M-more special than t-that place" Stephen stuttered, making Tony laugh but also made him blush and scream inside. Before Tony could even speak, Bruce entered his room and yelled.

"I see a flustered face!" Bruce yelled while laughing. Tony's eyes were wide opened, knowing that he had seen or heard their conversation.

"Goodluck with the spells! Bye!" Tony smiled and pressed the end button. Tony imeediately turned his head to give Bruce a death glare, making him chuckle. He knew it doesn't scare Bruce, making him sigh.

"Why did you butt in!" Tony whined, giving Bruce the most satisfied laugh. Bruce was almost rolling at the floor, he saw two tomatoes talking to each other.

"I can't let two tomatoes talk to each other, they'll explode" Bruce chuckled making Tony roll his eyes.

"What about you and Thor? You're tomatoes" Tony shrugged. Before Bruce could speak, someone yelled from outside.

"He's a cupcake" Thor yelled making Bruce blush. Tony laughed and shooed Bruce away from his room. Fortunately he agreed since he wanted to be with Thor, making Tony have a wave of relief. He then checked his phone so that he wouldn't be bored. A notification immediately popped out causing Tony's eyes to widen.

The post shows Stephen, with his luggage, on the airport for Nepal. Tony was frustrated since he knew that Stephen has his own slingring and he could teleport.

Its...strange? (Bad pun again)

"He should've used a slingring, its more tiring that way" Tony chuckled silently. He left a comment about his sling ring, hoping that his remark would make him laugh. After a few minutes, his eyes felt droopy again, he knew he was tired.

He always was. He never had much sleep to begin with.

All of the tiredness and pain was now seeping through, making Tony not want to leave in the bed he's in, making him forget about him being a workaholic. F.R.I.D.A.Y immediately gave him the tasks that he planned to do for the day, yet Tony was only paying attention to his comfortable bed and pillows.

"Let's just be lazy for once...I deserve it" Tony muttered until he finally, fell asleep and slept soundly.

Little did he know that Stephen made a spell to make him relax...

I know, I know. This chapter is probably cheesy and dumb for some reason and I couldn't think of anything so I made this happy chapter! The reason why I'm immediately making new chapters is because I'll be out for a few days considering that I'm in a lot of stress right now (schoolworks are killing me rn) and I probably have a week to study before my exams!! -rip me lol-

Anyways, thank you so, so much for reading this fic! I know its not as good as other fics out there but y'all are seriously inspiring me to make more chapters! 16k reads is a great number and I'm so thankful guys!!
