When Zayn met Miranda for the first time, he knew he had to do everything to make her fall in love with him.
Miranda is a girl who settles for nothing unless it is the best . And expects the same of her romantic life.
Just as music is noise that makes sense , a painting is color that makes sense , so a story is life that makes sense.

I really did not want to bleed on the pages but I had to imagine a story where we end up together.

May 10th 2009.
Miranda was in class seven and at the top of her class and she was proud of it. She had worked too hard to get here. She had spent evenings studying instead of playing like other kids.
As she stood in the line of her class, she felt nervous, it would be her first time standing infront of the whole school. When the first three people in class six had been called. She straightened her skirt and put her tie in order.
"Miranda Wanga, first position class seven."
Miranda ran infront, smiling wildly to receive a box of pencils as a present and stood in line. Every one cheered and her heart pumped, she could see her best friend cheering her from the crowd. She smiled more at her, she too would have been up here, but this time her sister had been sick and got in class a few minutes late for each paper.
She got the fourth place. As the head master gave his speech she felt that this really was one of the best days. Days that needed to be remembered.
Soon the ceremony was over and every one was back to class. Every one took the snacks, some in greed, others in hiding for fear of others seeing their sweet potatoes.
Some bigger grown up girls sat at the corner next to the boys. She could tell the boys were whispering sweet nothings to them from their constant giggles. She shook her head, she could never get so Close to the boys as much, she feared that as adolescence was shining its light on them, she would get shamed in front of the whole school.
Or worse pregnant and that would ruin her plan. She had big plans for the future.
"you need to taste this colured wow rings." said Jasmine, her best friend.
She took one and put it in her mouth, the sweetness of them made her take a few more.
"sweet huh." Jasmine said.
"very. Could you do me a favour and watch over these, I need to rush to the bathroom real quick."
Jasmine nodded and she descended the stairs to the washrooms. When she had relieved her self she went down to wash her hands.
She was walking back amidst a group of kids taking their snacks and all. She tried to push through to avoid ruining her dress.
When she had successfully escaped the group she sighed only to feel something cold run through her body. She turned to see a young boy dressed in home clothes, a blue jeans and a black t-shirt written rock star.
The boy stood astonished, face all sympathetic. "I'm so sorry," He said. "I did not mean to."
Miranda was angry, she cast the boy a glaring look and an even scary voice, "why don't you watch where you are going."
She said this and stomped up the stairs to class.
When Jasmine saw her she was shocked. "what happened?" Miranda stood there face less angry, "some stupid guy poured this on me, now mom is going to be angry." Her face changed and her eyes watered.
Jasmine took pity on her, her mother was stern lady and she knew exactly why this brought Miranda to the edge of tears.
"don't worry about it, you can wash it off before she sees it." She said trying to comfort her friend.
Miranda calmed down but she obviously knew nothing could escape her mother.
Zayn walked to the school compound reluctantly. He hated the idea of transferring schools but what could he do when his father had gotten a job in a different town. His mother bought him a soda after he had bothered her saying he was thirsty from the scorching sun.
She went to the admissions office and told him to walk around and get to know a few things about his new school.
"who knows you might even make a few friends." She had said.
He walked around lazily in the sun. At the stair he caught sight of a beautiful girl. She had short braided hair and her skin was so smooth and light. She looked serious, maybe too serious for her own good. When he saw her come upstairs he felt excited. He would try and talk to her. Maybe the idea of switching schools would not be so bad if he had a beautiful girl for a friend.
When she came close he wanted to talk to her but someone pushed him and his soda poured on her clothes. He felt bad for soiling her clothes. When she shouted and everyone looked at him he did not feel embarrassed but impressed, he was more excited that he got to talk to her. She stomped away but he felt pretty thrilled.
Later his mom came back and found him smiling silly. On their way back home his mom wondered why her once grumpy son seemed so happy. "did something good happen when I was gone?"
She asked.
Zayn shook his head. "it's just that I am beginning to love the idea of transferring schools."
