*Annalynn's POV*

Today is the day. Nathan and Nattie will leave. Tomorrow I will be heading to Regina's castle to prepare for Felix's funeral. These two weeks went by really slowly which I'm kind of greatful for.

"I have a very special dress for you today that Aurora requested you wear." Rose comes rushing into my room wish a very red dress.

"Why?"

"Because it suits you with the neckline; you've worn a similar dress like this before. And also because it's blood red and red is a very powerful color. The King will be more open to listening to you. It's an old mind trick." She holds it up allowing me to see the neckline. It is very similar a dark blue dress I wore a week ago.

"It's very bright" I tell her blinking my eyes.

"Of course it is! We can't have you blending in today. Your the one that's going to make everything possible. Standing out is crucial! Now put this on, I'm going to go get the jewelry." She hands me the dress and walks out without another word.

I switch out of my nightgown, slipping into the dress and fully zipping the back myself. She had shoes that she put at the bottom of my bed so I put on the red heels as well before she comes back in.

"Okay dear, sit down so I can do your hair. The jewelry is a surprise today." I take a seat where I always do and she gets on with my hair. "Are you leaving tomorrow?"

"Yes, Regina should be expecting me soon. I don't want to keep her waiting any longer that I need too."

"Well, I'm going out into town today, so you won't see much of me unfortunately. I wish you a great last day, my dear."

"Why are you going into town?"

"To visit some old friends and I'm running out of simple necessities I need to go buy more of."

"Oh...well enjoy your day off then!"

"Thanks." She chuckles. "I think I'll go visit my daughters grave as well."

"That's a great idea. Tell her I said hello."

"I'm going to miss you dear." She stares down. I start to turn to her for contort but she turns me back around right away. "No tears today, for the both of us. We shall save it for tomorrow." She wags her finger and continues with my hair until she's done. All braids but pinned in the back of my head to create a sleek look. "It's important for the King to see your face. He needs to see your taking him very seriously and the looks on your face will show best with your hair out of the way." She informs me. "Now for the jewelry." She opens the box she has set down on the vanity revealing ruby red diamonds. The necklace has a deep 'v' shape to fit the neckline of the dress. It's also got regular white diamonds outlining the ruby's. The earrings are big rubies with diamonds outlining it as well while the ring is a mix of both and the Ruby's are cut into hearts.

"I know your used to seeing suck beautiful things now but I just couldn't stop myself from picking the best ones." She explains to me as she put my earrings in. "I chose these so that it would also outline your face."

"You do an amazing job, Rose. Where do you find all this though?"

"The jewel vault."

"The castle has one of those?"
