Sorry it's been almost a month...
I just got a job and it kills my feet. I'm also tired all the time. I'm struggling to keep my eyes open now. Lucky for me I always right a few chapters before updating one. So this one is old more me and new for you. :) I hope you enjoy.

*Annalynn's POV*

Today I wake from the sun peeking in through the curtains instead of Rose's welcoming voice. I guess today the sun decided to get me up earlier. Then clock on the walk says it 5:30. I am usually woken at 7. This hasn't happened before...what do I do now?

It's been a few days since figuring out the plan with Nathan. Christian's room has been moved closer to mine just down the hall, I'll sneak into his room and wake him up. If I can't sleep, he'll not sleep too.

The second my feet touch the floor after I get off the rug under my bed, my feet begin to freeze. I never realized how cold the floor was. I have no slippers to help with it and I'm not used to the feeling. Once I open my door with a struggle, I peek my head out to see if there are any servants around watching. The coast is clear, so I bolt over to Christian's room because I don't want to get caught and because my feet need warmth. Going in to his room I try to be as quiet as a mouse. He sleeps peacefully with his head shoved down in his pillow, sprawled out like a starfish.

"Wakey Wakey." I shake him a few times and he opens his eyes.

"Anna?"

"The sun woke me up today, I got bored waiting for Rose to get me ready."

"So you come and wake me up?" He grumbles and yawns while rubbing his eyes.

"That's exactly what I'm doing. If I'm up, your up, mister!" I shake him again.

"That's not at all fair." He stretches.

"To bad. I've got nothing to do and now I have someone who has nothing to do with me." I take my seat next to him and plop down on my back.

"You know what you need today?" His morning voice sounds so deep.

"What?"

"A damn hunting trip. You've been cooped up in this castle to long. Dresses don't suit you the way a bow and arrow do."

"Well then that's what we can do today."

"You think they'll let you?" He looks at me.

"I will riot if they don't. Rain havoc upon this castle. Wahahaha!"

"Yeah you need to get rid of the energy." He laughs.

"We can bring Nathan and Nattie along too."

"Nattie?" He disagrees.

"Yes, she's needs to have more freedom to do something her mom considers 'a mans job'. For real that Queen is a real softy." I roll my eyes. "They woman would have a stroke if she saw how I grew up."

"What do you think she will do when she finds out all the things you've been teaching Nattie?"

"Don't know, don't care. What matters is that the child knows how to protect herself."

"Well with someone like you teaching her, she'll be a badass in no time." He turns to me. "How did you grow up if you don't mind me asking?"

"Well...because my parents knew I would have some sort of power, they made sure I wouldn't 'turn evil'. Regardless of what little we had they always did their best to give me what I wanted. My father worked extra hard to get the money for my bow and arrow. I felt very loved...up until I found out I was lied to my entire life, which is the reason I left. By the time I was five I knew how to ride a horse and I knew my way around the forest in which my village was located. None of the girls liked me, they picked on me and made fun of me. There was a point where I got really upset about it and tried to be like them but I liked climbing trees and hunting so I could sell a hunt for money."
