Arthit was sitting in hospital chair , looking at the door behind which Kongpob is being operated upon , nervously biting his fingers anxiously waiting for any news about Kongpob. Guilt overriding all his emotions. The horrible scene when he burst through that door playing in a loop in his mind.

TWO HOURS EARLIER
Arthit has just entered his apartment when he received call from Chief Kim asking him to go to the address texted to him and meet Chole . When he reached that address , a full fledge party was going on there. He has parked two streets back so that no one can recognise it. When he didn't saw Chole , he called her.
" Officer, where are you ? I am at the texted address." Arthit asked , a hint of irritation evident in his voice . He has not slept in last 10 days , his mind is a whole mess.. seeing Aaron in that condition and leaving Kongpob to fend for himself for the case without back up......is creating a havoc on his conscience . He was going to meet Kongpob so that he could apologize for being an ass to him all these days when Kim had called him.
" ...Arthit, I am stuck in the traffic ... it will take half an hour more. But we don't have time. As per Intel , Park's stalker is in the party and would try to harm him . Kongpob is already there but he didn't have this information and being a rookie he is equally vulnerable like Park and many other people. Jae is also on his way , will be there any minute......" Arthit disconnected the call and only thing which his brain has actually comprehend is Kongpob is there as well the stalker .
screeechh!!!! noise of a bike pierced the silence of the surrounding
Jae descended from his bike and rushed to him .
" Jae??? What are you doing here ?"
" We don't have time for chitchat dear cousin..let's go "
Arthit nodded and they both went inside the party. They looked for Kongpob and Park but in vain. Thinking something , Jae pressed a button on his wristwatch which opened to a map on its small screen. After dailing some keys, a dot appeared on the map and Jae grinned at Arthit. They both walked in the direction the dot was showing on GPRS MAP
" How did you get to install tracker in Park ? I thought you have stopped playing cop for good " Arthit questioned out of curiosity. He knows full well why his cousin quit being a cop when all his life it was the only thing he dreamt of . But after whatever happened with Sam, Jae swore off to any relationship between him and police then why all of a sudden he is here helping him ... playing a cop.
" It is not of Park " Jae said absentmindely, without looking back.
" huh? If not him then who ?"
Jae exhaled a sigh of irritation and turned to him looking in the eyes of Arthit and Arthit knew he was not going to like whatever Jae has to say.
