(3rd person POV)
Classes were held normally once again at U.A., just another morning with a normal class on English with Pro Hero Present Mic. It seemed like U.A. is pretty standard when it comes to general academic subjects, while extreme for specialized hero subjects. Yet this was no ordinary class, the class was a discussion but every person was tuning in to the lesson. You can't find a student that is not at least absorbing the knowledge, some write as they listen, some record as they listen while some... Listen, at the bare minimum. The usual U.A. curriculum included general subject lectures at the morning session, then practical hero training in the afternoon. Meanwhile, due to certain circumstances there are two students who are now back at the dorms. These two who aren't taking the practical hero lessons along with the rest of the Class 1-A. Midoriya Izuku and Todoroki Shoto remained in the Heights Alliance Dormitories. Normally they would clean up or something of sort, but they were already done for the day and we're resting. It was also the end of the week, they were free to go home to their families for the weekends.
(Shoto's POV)
It was an ordinary Friday afternoon. Shoto had no business for their afternoon sessions, he therefore decided to actually go home for the weekend. He didn't look forward to it but he had to because his sister, Fuyumi, was worried about him. He only wished that his father was out for that time, he usually is busy though and he had his hope ride on that assumption. He took his usual bus on his way home. He actually didn't change out of his school clothes and still brought his school bag. The only thing he changed was he wore on a beige hoodie, he didn't want people to take notice of his U.A. uniform after all.
After the tedious amount of time on travel, Shoto finally got on his stop. He got down the bus and looked around. The sun was already on its way to set, the skies was on the transition from blue to orange. Shoto headed on to their house, he didn't want to say it was a large place but it was. The1 gate was opened for him by the caretakers, they did all bowed down but Shoto didn't care about their heads on the ground and let them resume their work. He headed to the main house, classic Japanese-style home made fully out of wood. He went inside and left his shoes on the front.
Fuyumi as usual by this time, was at the kitchen. Shoto went in the kitchen, a large hall made of the dining and kitchen joined together. Fuyumi took a while to notice Shoato, "Hello Shoto, I didn't see you there. Just wait a bit, I know you're hungry." Fuyumi said in a calm voice, she was right though because Shoto felt hungry after coming from far.
A few more minutes and Fuyumi had already set down the plates with scoopfuls of white rice, still hot with steam rising from it. Then she pulled out bowls and the utensils. Finally, she set down the whole o large pot on the table, the pot was filled with freshly cooked curry. The aromas of the different spices of the curry wafted through the air.
Both siblings sat down, the sun was already setting as the room was bathed in orange. They ate in silence until Fuyumi decided to break it, "So Shoto how is school?" she asked in a standard manner. "Nothing's new. I'm just missing out on classes." Shoto said as he blew on his hot curryrice. "I see. How about someone new?" Fuyumi said in an innocent way. Shoto raised an eyebrow at this, wondering if his sister knew anything about Izuku, what they had done, and what they were currently doing. "Nothing really." Shoto said, trying his best not to act obvious. "Ok then." Fuyumi only continued to eat in silence.
Shoto felt wrong and decided to crack, the whole afternoon and their meal was filled with talk and advice. Overall, it was a classic curry meal.
By nighttime, Shoto went to bed immediately. He had a lot on his mind at the moment. But he was already set on one thing. It was making sure that a certain something was set in stone, to be sure to make something permanent. To make someone his, for real and for sure. He couldn't wait for the next week to arrive.
As Shoto went to sleep, Fuyumi went inside his room. She didn't usually intrude his borther's privacy but she had to this time. She carefully tucked him in his blanket and ruffled his hair a bit. "Good night, Shoto. And Happy Birthday".
