Chapter eight: The Raging Winds

After a month had gone by we were now fully healed and there had been no signs of monsters anywhere around town at all. We both met up at the lake again once more since that was going to be our new meeting spot. I then rushed towards the site as fast as I could to see if Matt was already there. As soon as I arrived I had noticed no one was there. I decided to fly around a bit and inspect the area just before Matt had arrived. There were no signs of anything bad around so I flew back down.

I waited there patiently for an hour and still no sign of Matt around. I didn't feel like waiting around any longer and I started to inspect the are one more time. Yet still no sign of life around not even an animal around. I then felt a strange breeze coming from the north. I decided to ignore it but then I felt it once again. I decided to go into lower grounds and see if there was the same result. Then I felt no breeze so I went back up and felt a sudden gust instead of a breeze. I wondered what was going on and headed in the direction of the winds. I found nothing anywhere within a five mile radius.

I then gave up the search and headed back to where I was supposed to meet Matt. I had gotten back and this time he was there waiting patiently. So how's your day going so far asked Matt? I've been having these really weird feelings lately and I felt some type of presence in the north but ended up finding nothing at all. I then said just fly upwards. There have been really weird breezes and even a really strong currents and yet there isn't any down here on the ground floor.

So Matt flew upwards and was blown straight down by a strong current. He then tried it again and yet again the same thing happened all over again. I said let me give it a try again but the same result happens again but this time I was shot right towards a tree and I crashed horribly against it. I then got up angrily and tried again but this time with the extra wings that grew the last time. I then stayed in the air and the wind didn't affect me this time. I told Matt to think of something that he is angry at and imagine that you want to kill it and your powers will be awaken like it had years ago.

Matt listened and the wings grew on his back but I had noticed that there were two extra wings in between the two pairs and they were black. I asked what the black wings meant but he didn't respond at all. Lets just find the source first then I will explain later. I will kill whatever is making these annoying winds. I will no matter what! I felt that his aura changed completely and his voice was much deeper. I decided to ignore it and find out later what was all the change about.

We then flew north and we only ended up feeling the winds get stronger every time we approached the thing that was making the winds. We ended up at Mount Razor where the winds were even stronger than they ever were. Its called that due to the winds being strong enough to even cut through metal. So basically we were going into an area that would kill anything but weweren'taffected by it at all.

We then approached a huge pack of flying objects. They were something that looked like wolves but they had three huge pairs white wings.They then surrounded us as soon as we had approached them. We had noticed that there was one in particular that stood out and it also had a strange set of wings like Matt had which I thought was weird since they had the same set of wings.

I then heard Matt yell to the wolf that I had been looking at. What are you doing on their side brother? I thought brother? How? He kept yelling at him until he finally said his name. Why are you doing this Draco? Draco then answered as soon as he turned back into his human form.I then realized that Draco seemed to look exactly like Matt had and I wondered if they were twins.I did this for power just like you did but you threw it all away as soon as you got it. I have changed said Matt and you should also fight them. Join me and Blaze and fight against the evil forces trying to kill the people. I wont yelled Draco! They are only worthless if they cant survive on their own! Now let them suffer and go against them just like I have or die like our father had.

Matt then charged at him and they started swinging their swords together with every blow more intense than the other had been then I hadcompletelyforgottenabout the other wolves and then they stated to charge at me at full speed. I dodged everyone of them and ended cutting three of them and they fell to the floor and vanished. Then the other six then decided to go around me in circles at full speed to try to confuse me. The one thing the didn't know was that I had another new power while I had been resting which was to slow down their movements while I could just charge at them and finish them all off in an instant.

I then rushed to help Matt and he only ended yelling at me to get away. He then said its only me and him. Let us fight alone and see who has gotten stronger. I saw that they were evenly matched and then I heard Draco say why are you the one who always got more attention? Then I saw him blow immense winds right at Matt and he then yelled there was no real reason! I was just the nicer one of the two and you had always tried to imitate me and failed just like you will now.

Then I noticed that an extra sword had appeared in Matt's hand. It was a pitch black sword. There wasn't even a trace of rust on it or even any type of stain. He then swung it and said this is goodbye brother. Then Draco fell down slowly down into the darkest parts of the mountain. Then me and Matt flew back to the lake once more without saying one word to one another.
