"I don't like him. Stay away from him Yutoda." Hyunggu said, dragging him by his arm to his house. Yuto raised his brow, wondering what was going on. He was having fun playing with Wooseok, and how he was being drug back home. Where he did not want to go.
"Don't like who?" He asked. Hyunggu pulled him harder, making Yuto let out a hurt gasp.
"Wooseok." Yuto furrowed his brows.
"You were just fine with him earlier, what's wrong now?" Hyunggu sighed. He stopped, making Yuto run into his back.
"Because earlier you didn't want to deal with him. Now you're playing basketball with him?" Yuto rolled his eyes, looking away. "Come on, Yuto. You know he isn't good for you." Yuto looked back down at him.
"We aren't even dating! Why're you getting all defensive now?" Hyunggu glared at him.
"You aren't dating yet. I see the way you look at him. And how he looks at you. It's the beginning of it all. Watch, and when it does, i'm going to stop it." Yuto furrowed his brows. He scoffed, pulling his arm away.
"What's up with you Hyunggu? What don't you like about him?" Hyunggu looked around, chewing on his bottom lip.
"I didn't want to say anything earlier, but you ignored me when I did say it. He's part of a gang, Yuto. A gang! That's scary. And you know what happens with people who date gang members? They become a target. I don't want you to get hurt." Yuto scoffed. Wooseok? A part of a gang? He couldn't believe it. Maybe it was weird that someone was out to get him, but he wouldn't be a part of a gang.
"Hyunggu, we have nothing going on, nor will we because I don't like him. At all. So calm down please." Hyunggu glared at him.
"You say that now. But watch, something's going to happen and when it does, i'm going to be there to tell you i told you so." Yuto rolled his eyes, nodding. He walked home with the smaller, giving him a hug goodbye. When he walked in, he wished he could walk out.
"Yuto, your home." his mother said flatly. He smiled tightly at her, wondering if he could go to his room or not. "Well, come over here. I made dinner." he looked at her. His mother's cooking wasn't exactly restaurant worthy. He looked back up at his room, before sighing.
He made his way over to the kitchen, seeing his father with a glass of whiskey. He sat down on the other side. His mother put a plate of what looked like macaroni in front of him, some weird stuff for the side. He lifted his fork, taking a bite. As soon as he swallowed it, he grabbed for his drink. His father sighed, putting his newspaper down.
"How's your life going, son?" Yuto glanced up at him, before looking back down at his food.
"Ugh, okay I guess." his mother sat down, making sure her phone was faced down. Yuto looked away, pulling his phone out from under the table.
"Okay?" his mother looked at him. He snapped his head up, nodding. "Is there anything else going on?" Yuto shook his head.
"Not that I know of." His father grunted.
"You got a girlfriend yet?" Yuto bit the inside of his cheek. He still hadn't come out to his parents, not finding the need to. He shook his head, looking away. "When're you going to find a nice young lady boy, like your grandma was." he snorted.
"What about me?" his mother spoke up. Yuto braced himself for the fight that was sure going to happen.
"What about you? I don't want my son to marry an old woman like you." his mother gasped.
"And what's wrong with me?" his father laughed sourly.
"What isn't wrong with you?" Yuto sighed, looking away. They always fought like that when they tried to have a decent dinner. The food was already cold, and tasted like grass. He stood up, walking out without his parents noticing. He walk out the front door again, and down the street. He went back to the park he was always at.
