Mistakes || H.S. ||

chapter 20

Yesterday we arrived here in Chapmanville. Today Harry & I were going to have dinner with The Barkers.

Harry had his head on my chest with his arm wrapped around me. I kissed his head and slipped out of bed. I decided to get ready for the day.

I ran into my old bathroom and I braided my hair to the side and put some makeup on.

I bobby pinned the little hairs in the back of my head and then walked to my bedroom.
Harry was still passed out on the bed. I put a pillow where my body used to be & he still has a tight grip on the pillow.

I went into my suit case & grabbed a pair of skinny jeans and a loose graphic tee w/ the words "Perfectly Imperfect" on it.

Since Harry was asleep I decided to change in here.

HARRYS POV.

I opened my eyes after a deep sleep, to see Zoe changing clothes.

I love waking up to this in the morning!

She was completely naked putting on her bra.

I faked cough, & she looked at me.

"Shit. I didn't know you were awake." She said trying to hurry and put on clothes.

I smirked, "no need to hurry. I'm loving the view." And I put my arms behind my head.

"Shut up you perv, my grandparents are in the other room." She scoffed.

"They can't hear us." I assured.

Zoe blushed, "just go get ready, we have that dinner with my family remember?"

Crap I forgot. "Okayy. Fine."

I got up out of her old bed and walked over to my suitcase & grabbed my black skinny jeans w/ my Ramones shirt.
I decided to just change in here.

I slipped my white t-shirt off & Zoe was totally checking me out. I laughed, "like what you see?" I winked.

"Totally, babe." She winked back. She walked over to me and wrapped her arms around me. "I love you so much." She said.

"& I love you more." I bent down to Zoe's height and kissed her passionately. She finally released. She patted my chest & said, "get ready we need to leave. The dinner is in 30 minutes."

"Fine!" I said.

I slipped my clothes on, & fixed my crazy hair a little and put some cologne on.

"Let's go." I told Zoe.

She grabbed her purse and we walked out the door.

ZOES POV

After stopping at the grocery store and driving for 15 minutes. We finally made it to my uncles house.

I saw my uncle George standing in the garage. I ran to him and crushed him a hug.

"Nicky!! I've missed you soo much! How's college?" Uncle George asked.

Nicky is my nickname

"It's going great, I've met a fantastic boy named Harry!" I grabbed Harry's arm and pulled him over towards George.

George grabbed Harry and hugged him. Harry was unsure at first but then he hugged back.

"Everybody is family. Don't feel shy." He said.

We started walking into the house, when Harry whispered in my ear. "I'm nervous, what if they don't like me cause I'm famous?"

"Harry they will love you, just like I do. Besides I have a baby cousin who adores you." I said, intertwining our fingers. "Showtime." I said.

We entered the door. & my cousin Katy started screaming.

"Daddy! Daddy! It's that curly headed boy from One Direction." Katy screamed.

"Calm down Katy, it's just my boyfriend, Harry." I said laughing.

"Oh, I thought it was somebody else." Katy said. She had no idea.

"It's okay, love" Harry said.

"Ooooo, he had British accent. I already love him." Jill, my great aunt said.

"Use protection!!" I looked over at my cousin Andy. Why.

"Shut up Andy! There's kids here." I said.

"You are a kid Zoe!" Aunt Judy said.

Sometimes I can't stand my family, they really can get on my nerves.

I grabbed Harry and walked outside, getting away from all them.

Harry and I sat down on the porch swing.

"I'm so sorry for them. They can say things." I said looking at Harry.

He put his hand on my thigh smiling at me.

"It's fine. I'm used to it." He said.

"Let's go back inside, I wanna get to know this 'special' family." Harry said.
