chapter 62

I made my way back to where Nathan was, I kind of overreacted. I guess, we need to talk about this.

Nathan was standing against a tree, near where we kissed. "Hey." I whispered. He jumped turning around. He rubbed his eyes, walking towards me. I took one step back.

"I'm so sorry, Zoe. I-I just needed to do that." Nathan sighed. "But you kissed back?" I looked down at the ground not ready to explain.

"I know I did, and I guess I wanted to kiss back.." I said sadly. I cheated on Harry.. I can't believe this.

Nathan's eyes widened at what I said. I single tear drop ran down my face.

"Shhh. Don't cry. You're too beautiful to cry. " Nathan grabbed my waist and pulled me too him. I cried into his shoulder.

"Are you going to tell Harry?" Nathan asked. I never thought about telling him. I don't want to, I love Harry with all my heart and nothing will change that.

"Nope. He ain't going to find out either." I sniffled. Nathan pulled me closer to him. I still had his jacket. I pulled it off and handed it to him. "No just keep it. " I still handed it to him, because I didn't want it.

Nathan kissed my forehead and it sent chills down my body again. What is going on with me? Am I getting feelings for Nate? I can't let that happen. Harry would be devastated, I would be devastated.

I pulled away standing up, "Let's get back." He nodded standing up. He wrapped his arm around my shoulders, warming my whole body up again with his touch.

We made it back to Madison's house shortly after, their car was finally in the driveway. I smiled running up the steps.

"Madison!" I shouted hearing the TV on in the living room.
She was sprawled out in the couch and I landed right on top of her.

"Can't. Breathe." She groaned. She stood up, once I got up. Embracing me in a huge hug, "EEP I've missed my favorite niece." I smiled. "I didn't know you were coming!, I mailed your Christmas present to London, at your apartment."

I sat down on the couch, as did she. I waved it off, "It's perfectly fine. " I grabbed the necklace around my neck, playing with it. It was the necklace Harry got me.

"Uhh Madison, can we talk about something?" She nodded, turning the tv off. Thankfully, Nathan was up in Zac's room playing video games.

"I did something, and I'm really scared to find out the turn out. " I sighed.

"What was it babes?" She asked.

"I-I cheated on Harry..A-And I didn't mean for it to happen." I cried. I grabbed a pillow and put my face into it. Madison grabbed it away from me.

"With who?" She asked.

"N-Na-Nathan." I stuttered. I cried harder.

"I can't go back to Harry. I'm afraid." I said.

Madison grabbed me and pulled me near her, to lay my head on her lap. "I'm so sorry sweetie. You need to talk to Harry. Don't hide this from him. It will bring more guilt." I nodded knowing she was right.

"But I'm leaving tomorrow, it will hurt so bad seeing Harry." I sniffled.

She played with my hair, I loved when she always did this when I was little. "I know, but it will hurt even more running away from your problems." I stood up, hugging Madison.

"Thank you. I really needed that." She smiled nodding.

I ran upstairs, and went into the computer room.

I typed into the computer if there was a train to Pittsburgh tonight. I had to get this over with. There was one at 9 tonight, I clicked buy tickets. They printed quickly. Well I guess it's time to start packing.

I ran to Zac's room. Not looking at Nathan or Zac, just grabbing my suitcase. They were engrossed into the tv, so I don't think they cared. I grabbed my suitcase and ran to the extra bedroom, where I slept. Everything was pretty much clean, so I'm good. I threw the pajamas in there, and the clothes I've wore including my phone charger, makeup and etc.

After packing, I heard a knock on the door, I looked up from zipping my suitcase and there stood Nathan.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Gosh okay. Where are you going? " i rolled my eyes, he knows exactly where I'm going.

"Back to my amazing boyfriend.." I glared.

He clutched his chest, "Stay here babe.." He sighed, walking over to my bed.

"Nate, stop.." I whined, trying not to giggle.

He grabbed my forearms pulling me towards him. I actually love all this comfort...

I laid my head on his chest.

"Zoe?" He said.

"Mhmm?" I mumbled. He rubbed my back.

"I'm sorry.. It's just.." He cut off.

"Just what?" I asked looking up at him.

"Just. I like you Zoe. Not as just friends. I like like you. Always have.. I just never realized it until now.." He sighed, pulling me tighter. He nuzzled, his head into my neck.

"Nathan.."

"I know. You don't like me. You have Harry, but I love having you here with me. I'll go with you to London, you don't have to miss school..I bet you it's miserable going on tour with them."
He said.

It kind of is miserable. I loved being there with Harry, but it was too much travel, jet lag, and I missed my house in London including Carly. I nodded.

"Nathan.. I-" I can't believe I'm about to say this. "I-I like you too."
