i woke up to feel an arm wrapped firmly around my waist, My back pulled tightly to his chest. I squirmed around, trying to get out of his grip, but may I add failing. i grabbed the pillow I was lying on and wedged it in between us, allowing me enough space to roll out. i got up, and went into the bathroom, making sure to lock the door behind me. i turned on the shower, staring at it for a moment.
What Calum said was true, I did have a new fear now. Every time the water touches my skin, I'm taken back to that night. Every time I close my eyes I see the darkness of the water. In the silence I hear my pleading for him to let go. And I'm not sure if that will ever go away.
But showers are necessities, and it's not like I can drown in them.
I close my eyes, breathing in, and step into the water. At first the contact feels like needles to my skin, flashbacks running through my mind. My hand starts shaking, a sign of my panic attacks.
Stop it Ashley. Breathe in, breathe out. It's just water, it can't hurt you. In, and out.
I slowly calm my self down, i started to hum a tune that came to mind in an attempt to distract myself.
i rinsed my hair out, grabbing a towel. It was warm from being on the towel rack, and was soft as i wrapped it around myself. I peeked my head out of the bathroom and saw the bed empty.
Walking into the closet to grab some clothes, I saw an expensive looking clothes bag hanging on one of the handles.
For later. Answer the door ;)
-CI rolled my eyes, grabbing some clothes and slipping them on. Just as I put my wet hair in a bun, the door downstairs rang.
'Answer the door. -C'
I walked downstairs and opened the door. A man was stood there, wearing something that looked like a butlers uniform.
"May I come in?" He asked in a very posh British accent. I nodded opening the door to allow him in. He had a case behind him, kinda like a suitcase but also not.
"My names Geoffrey. Mr Hood send me to teach you the proper adequate for table manners" he explained, opening the case and pulling various objects out. I scoffed. 'Mr hood'. I think my table manners are fine just the way they are.
"I assure you even the best still have things to learn" he replied. Shit did I say that out loud. I chuckled nervously.
"Now if you don't mind, take a seat here"

After about four hours, I was all 'mannered' out. Is that even a word? I don't even know anymore. I had memorised the names of countless cocktail drinks, been taught how to act 'like a chivalrous lady' and even had to learn some Spanish, which was near impossible since I failed french class.
"I'm sure you're happy to hear that we are done. It was a pleasure meeting you Miss Ramirez. I hope to be seeing more of you soon" Geoffrey said, bowing slightly before leaving. I flipped down on the couch, ready to curl up into bed and sleep, when there was another knock at the door.
"Ughhhhhhh. Geoffrey you said we were- oh-" there were four people on the other side of the door. They had cases similar to Geoffrey's, but covered in glitter. There were two boys at the front, one wearing a hot pink fedora, with two other people in the back wearing what seemed to be uniforms.
"Daaalllliiinnnngggg. You are STUNNING" fedora yelled. I blushed slightly.
"Who are you?"
"Cal didn't tell you? Well honey, we are here to make you a GODDESS" the other guy told me. The two girls in the back just nodded with everything they said.
They walked past me and into the apartment, moving upstairs and into the closet by the vanity. The girls trailed behind, carrying in the cases.
They opened up all the boxes and suitcases, and I saw loads, I mean loads, of makeup, beauty supplies and hair stuff. I didn't even know what half of it was.
"Sit" the one with the hair stuff said, pointing at the chair. I obliged.
"Well hunny, I'm Matthew and this is corey" Matthew, the one with the fedora, said. I nodded.
"Hi" I replied timidly.
The the two guys stood behind me, a woman on each side.
"Like I said we're going to make you look more running then you already are, so just sit tight and we'll be done before you can say mascara. Now Stacey, hand me my brush. This shits about to get real"

An hour later, they had finally finished poking and prodding at my face. I turned around and looked in the mirror, seeing a completely different person. I had a smokey eyeshadow look with winged eyeliner, and red lipstick. For once I had contour that didn't make me look like a dirty potato, and my hair was curled, falling in rings down my back. I stared at myself, not finding any words suitable for how I looked.
The boys were behind me, looking satisfied with their finished product. I turned to them.
"I- this- thank you!" I screeched. They smiled, pulling me into a hug.
"You're welcome honey" Corey said.
"What's all this for though?" I asked. They didn't reply, and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I finally started to question what everything that's happened today was for.
I heard another knock at the door.
"That's our cue to leave. Go put on the dress. Bye babes" Matthew said, air kissing my cheeks.
"See you soon hunny" Corey said, doing the same. They walked out together, linking arms. They're a cute couple.
I turned and walked into the closet, unzipping the bag and seeing a beautiful red dress. It was a satin material, with a high slit in the leg. I stared at it for a moment, before finally coming to my senses.
I pulled of my clothes and slipped the dress on, making sure to be careful with it. It seemed very expensive. I had my arms behind my back, trying to zip it up when the closet door slid open. Calum wales in, his eyes going wider then usual.
He wales over, turning me around. I felt his warm hand on my shoulder, as he started to zip up the dress.
"You look stunning" he whispered, turning me around to face him. I blushed slightly, but by the amount of makeup on my face I doubt it was noticeable.
"What is this all for Calum?" I asked, changing the subject. He smirked at me. Shit, I already know I'm not gonna like this.
"You're coming on a mission with me"
