"Surprise"

In the centre of the room, there was a model house thingy. I was beyond shocked. What the hell was this.

I walked towards it and took a closer look. It looked familiar, from the grey bricks and the c-shaped pool in the backyard.

"Is this-"

"Yup" he said, popping the P.

It was the house I had designed in my architecture class. My dream house. I heard him walk up behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist.

"You wanna know the even better part?" He whispered into my ear. I nodded, still admiring the tiny house.

"I built it" he finished. If I had a drink, I would of spat it out.

"You- What?!" I yelled, turning around.

"Well, I payed for it to be built. No neighbours, right next to the beach. And it's all for you doll" he told me. I pushed myself away from him, and slapped him across the face.

He staggered back, holding onto his cheek. My hand stung from the impact but I ignored it. He looked up at me, his brown eyes practically black.

"What the hell was that for?!" He yelled.

"You can't just buy me stuff and expect me to fall in love with you! You're a sick, twisted psychopath! I don't care if you bought me the whole fucking world! It doesn't change the fact that I DONT LOVE YOU! I don't now and I never will! You need to realise I'm not just some gold digger that wants money! If you really wanted me happy you would just let me go!" I screamed. His expression softened, but not entirely. He sneered at me, before turning away and walking out of the room, slamming the door behind him. I heard him slide down the door on the other side.

I raked my hand through my hair. Why the fuck can't he see that I don't want to be here. My eyes wandered the room as my thoughts were roaming. But something in the corner of the room caught my eye. A phone.

I walked over to it, trying to be quiet as Calum was still outside. I picked it up, dialling 911.

"911, what's your emergency?" A lady said.

"Please help. I've been kidnapped"

"Okay ma'am I need you to remain calm. We're tracking the call right now. Where is your kidnapper?" She asked.

"He's outside" I replied.

"Remain calm please. Help is-" she cut of mid sentence.

"Hello?"

"Ma'am. Are you in the Hood residence?" She asked.

"Yes, why?" I replied, a sinking feeling growing in my stomach.

"Goodbye ma'am" she said, before there was a buzzing through the phone. She hung up. The fucking police hung up on me. I called it back.

"I'm sorry but this number has been blocked. Try again later"it said, before cutting off. how did the fucking police hang up on me?! I heard a shallow breathing behind me. I turned around, seeing a mad Calum.

"You tried to call the fucking police?" He seethed through clenched teeth.

"No! I just wanted to-"

"DONT FUCKING LIE TO ME" he screamed. I flinched and stumbled backwards.

"Clearly i still can't let you out of the room" he sneered, before pulling me up and taking me to the Elivator.

He tied the ropes tighter around my wrists. I winced and the burning feeling.

"Don't be such a baby" he said.

"Right, well I'm going downstairs. I'd say stay here, but it's not like you can go anywhere" he chuckled. I glared at him, wanting to scream, but the duct tape over my mouth preventing me.

"Be back soon doll" he said, before turning and walking away. A few tears fell down my cheeks, which soon turned into sobbing. This was it. This was my new life and there was no escaping.

I cried into the pillow, eventually falling asleep.
