A/N: This is gonna be based off of the picture above. Please be patient. It's kinda a bit of a tear-jerker. Stucky(kinda)

I rolled over to find that Bucky was gone. He wakes up pretty early, so I wasn't that concerned. I climbed off the bed and tripped into the bathroom to find a thin boy with longish hair who wore a cast on his left arm leaning against the wall with a sullen expression on his face. He looked up at me and hope seemed to blossom in his pale blue eyes.

"Stevie." He said softly, starting to cry. He was wearing one of Bucky's giant black sweatshirts with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of Bucky's gym shorts. The same exact clothes that Bucky fell asleep in last night.

"Izzat you, Buck?" I asked him softly, earning a slight nod. He was nibbling his bottom lip, a bad habit from when we were small. Oh god he was scared. I picked him up, holding him tightly. He wrapped his arms around my neck and sniffled.

I scurried off to find Nat, him clinging to me with tears running down his face. She looked up at me when I came in, her eyebrows scrunched.

"Is that James?" Nat asked.

"Hi Natalia..." Bucky trailed off, gripping my shirt.

"Oh good god, come here. I can take him if you wanna go call Stephen." Nat offered, holding out her arms to take Bucky.

"Bucky, do you wanna go to Nat while I go get Strange?" I asked. Bucky shook his head, burrowing his face into my shirt. "Okay, fair enough. Let's go get you some breakfast and call Strange. Sorry, Nat. He's just post-Winter-Soldier Bucky in a child's body. He's really shy."

"It's fine. Yasha, I don't mind that you wanna stay with Steve. I get it." Nat assured Bucky, rubbing his back. Bucky smiled at her a little bit but refused to let go of me. I took the elevator up to the main common area where the kitchen was and sat Bucky down at the table. Peter and Loki looked up in surprise before going back to what they were doing.

I poured Bucky a bowl of cherrios and put it in front of him after pouring milk and putting a spoon in the bowl. Bucky ate it somewhat happily and I called Strange as I started making coffee.

"Doctor Strange here. How can I help you?" Strange said after answering the phone.

"Uh, hi, Strange. It's Steve here and uh...Bucky has turned into a little kid...can you help?" I asked.

"I'll be right over." He replied as a portal appeared and he stepped through it. "Hello, Captain Rogers." He addressed me before greeting Bucky who was gripping the hem of my shirt and eating a plum at the same time. "Hello there, Bucky." The magician said, crouching down by Bucky.

"Hi..." Bucky replied shyly. "Are you here to help me become a grown-up again?"

"Ohmigod that's fucking adorable." Strange announced, earning a smack from me.

"Language. I don't wanna watch five-year-old Bucky cuss because of you." I scolded.

"Sorry, sorry. Yes, Bucky, I'm here to try to help you become a grown-up again." Strange said, shaking Bucky's nonsticky hand, which was the hand with the cast on it.

"Yay..." Bucky cheered quietly, a broad smile on his face.

A/N: Sorry that I had to put an author's note right here, but I wanted to explain the Spongebob time card

A/N: Sorry that I had to put an author's note right here, but I wanted to explain the Spongebob time card. Bucky's a little kid, so I decided to use that to my advantage.

"Sorry, Steve. This spell seems to be permanent. I can't remove it or reverse it." Strange announced.

"Shit. Shit shit shit..." I muttered, angry at the universe, but none of the people I know who are innocent.

"Stevie...? Does that mean I'm bad?" Bucky asked from the kitchen table.

"No, Bucky. You're not bad at all." I assured him, picking him up as he started to cry. "No no no. You're a good boy, Bucky, good boy. I still love you so much. Shh, shh...it's okay..."

"B-but I can't be an adult when you're an adult, Stevie..." Bucky hiccuped.

"You know what, Buck? I don't care about size or age. I'd love you no matter what."
