Vedha's smile had faded away and she kept staring at the trees in front of her, thinking if she really made the right decision..........

.....She had already created such drama in front of everyone. Backing off or changing her mind would again create unwanted fuss. But....just wandering and searching for Akshay was easy said than done, she was clearly risking everything. Her thoughts were interuppted when Ria patted her back. She smiled softly and reached out her hand which held a guava. Vedha smiled back and grabbed the fruit.

"Vedha, I know what I am going to say is gonna sound crazy to you." Ria said as she leaned against a tree.

"What?"

"Listen carefully please. Lets get out of here now, please." Ria pleaded, Vedha opened her mouth but she continued. "I know you want to save Akshay, we all want to....but do you think risking everyone's life is better than saving one life?" Ria looked deeply in Vedha's eyes. Clearly Vedha was thinking things again.

"And what's this sudden urge to go back there? You don't even know Akshay that much. You barely talked with him on this trip. Then why?" Ria asked again.

"Because I want to." Vedha replied.

"Oh come on! I said so much and all you can say is that you want to?? That's not how things work Vedu...we have to think this through. Listen.... I want to eat a choco lava cake and buy myself a chic summer dress....but that doesn't mean that I am running in the jungle to search cakes... I am going back to my place...my home."  Ria tried her best.

"You wanna go back just for shopping?" Vedha almost yelled at her and Ria slapped her forehead.

"Ok....ok... I know what you're trying to say but like you said you wanna go back home to eat proper cakes..... I cannot go back and buy another Akshay as a friend, I don't even have that much money. I have to free him from that lady. I don't even want you guys to join me. I don't want anyone to get hurt, you guys are already hurt and lost because of me." Vedha said apologetically.

"Stop blaming yourself for all this." Siddharth joined the convo. "Ria's right, its very dangerous to go and just search for him, we are not prepared at all. But even saving Akshay is important. He needs our help."

"Oh come on, don't speak from both sides like a politician." Vedha made a face.

"Hey I'm trying to be practical here instead of blabbering anything." Siddharth rolled his eyes.

"You guys don't understand." Vedha shrugged.

"I know what you're trying to say but think practically. No one's going any further in the jungle." Sid declared.

"Yeah yeah...... Everyone wanted an adventure...and here's the chance to actually have adventure its just added with the mystery of searching and bringing back a dead body." Sumedh said in one go.

"Eww....who asked you to speak?" Vedha frowned.
"Why are you always making that face whenever you see me?" Sumedh was frustrated.
"Because its your face. And whenever I see your face I just feel annoyed and disgusted." Vedha replied in the same angry tone as Sumedh.
"Then don't look at me!" he shrugged his shoulders.
"We're lost in a freaking jungle I have no other option than to look at your face!" she yelled.

"You guys are gonna fight even here?" Sid asked with 0 expressions.

"Eww again cause I am not interested in a lame-ass fight." Vedha rolled her eyes.
"Even I'm not interested in fighting or even talking with a loser." said Sumedh.

"So you're going to just ignore me." Sid muttered.

"Excuse me! Who are you to call me a loser? Do you even know who I am?" Vedha charged at Sumedh.
