Third Person's POV

The trip was going very well now. Even though the original plans were different, nobody was worried about it as everyone was busy in enjoying. Campfires, laughs, making new friends, sharing memories....just what they needed. A break from their hectic lifestyle.
 
Vedha and Ria got new bestie, Sapna. She was sweet and shy compared to both of these girls.After talking a lot they were just observing everyone.
Shanaya was busy with her boyfriend, Krish. Ananya was talking with Aditya.Ethan was searching in his bag for something from a long time.
Evan was smelling his hands.
Urrghh.
There was seriously something wrong with him. He acted weird, talked rubbish, and was ALWAYS smelling his hands.
While, Siddharth was talking on his phone and Sumedh had gone to meet his parents.

Sumedh came back and patted on Vedhas' shoulder. "Your mom's calling you." he said. Vedha excused herself from there.
"How do you know my mom?" Vedha asked.
"From the cliff.....you know after the cricket scene." he replied while scratching the back of his head.
Vedha remembered how her mother scolded her bcoz she played cricket.

Mom got famous because of me!

She thought about it for 5 seconds then got back to reality and glanced at Sumedh .
They both smiled at each other as he he went towards his parents and she  walked straight.

Her mom was unpacking their bags. Vedha greeted her with a smile and told them about new friends and what they talked about. Her mom told her about the other families they just met.
After few minutes, her dad came smiling with another aged man. Her mom went towards them and then one lady came there too.. They were laughing and talking while Vedha was standing there dumbfounded.
Her mom called her and introduced to the 'Kaur Family'
But to her surprise Krish came there too. She now remembered, it was Krishna......her childhood friend! Thats why she felt like she knows him.
He stood in front of her and asked
"Do you remember me now?"

"Fatty?? I mean... Krishna?" Vedha whispered.

"Yes.... I'm fatty.... I never thought you would forget me" he said awkwardly.

"Noo...no...means...you've changed so much!"

"I know..... I lost a few kg's....joined a gym....took care of my health...and now here I am." he said raising his hands.

Seriously? Only A few kg's??

Vedha smiled. And thought to herself, how could she ever forget him? He was her best friend.....he was soo fat and she used to tease him fatty, golu-molu, gorilla....and so on..

Soon.. Vedha met his parents and she left from there with Fatty aka Krish.
They were talking about their lives...their career and Krish even asked her to promise him to not tell about his girlfriend and his old nickname to anyone, Vedha agreed to it.

They sat near the campfire and Vedha introduced them to Ria and Sapna.
Siddharth was observing them from a distance. No....he was not jealous or angry....but he felt weird....he didn't like it. Sumedh came and sat near him and asked him what happened, Sidd just pointed towards Vedha and Ria.
Both kept quite.

"Sidd.......do feel like whenever this 'Krish guy' is nearby...something is weird?"
Sumedh asked still staring at Krish.

"Yeah..... I don't know why but I don't like him at all. " Sidd replied with a frown.

"I don't even like his name... 'Krisshhhh'!"
Sumedh made a disgusted face. "Sometimes I feel like to give him a black suit and a black cape....like the Krishh movie; so that he could fly everywhere like a bat and act dumb!" he said sarcastically.

"Krishh!!! The hero without VFX!" Sidd roared.

Both chuckled and started talking about other stuff.
Evan came from back and whispered "Helloooo" Sid and Sumedh replied in the same way.
"Guys......lets go over there....everyone's going...don't waste time...come on" Evan pointed at the forest.

"No no no no......are you mad? " Sumedh yelled.

"Yes.... I'm mad.....and that's why I'm telling you to come with us in the jungle so that we could have real fun!
See.....almost everyone from our group is over there...only you guys and those girls are left. And no need to worry, no one will know that we were in there bcoz we will be back before sunrise. Now come on...lets go!" Evan made them stand up.

Sumedh and Sid both nodded at each other and decided to go with him. Sid turned back to see that the parents group was sleeping and Ria, Vedha and Sapna were heading towards the jungle. So they started heading towards jungle too.

They reached inside... A little futher than Vedha's 'special place'. But what they saw there was unexpected.

Everyone except Ria, Vedha, Sapna, Sid and Sumedh were sitting together...having drinks!

"Join us guys....let's have some real fun'" Aditya said smiling.

"Are you guys drinking???" Vedha asked.

"Its just whiskey." Shanaya said raising a bottle.

"And a little rum and beer." Ananya added.

"What!?? We are not supposed to drink...are you mad?" Sapna yelled.

"Oh shut up guys....we're almost 18 now...its legal for us...and its our right to enjoy.." Krish said while joining them.

"ALMOST 18 not 18+, guys....I dont think its a gud idea...we could do something for enjoying, which does not involves any types of drinks!" Vedha suggested.

"Yeah ... I'm not joining you guys... I'm out of here." Sid said while raising his hands.

"Me too!" Sapna, Ria,Vedha and Sumedh said together.

"Ohh.....don't be such a spoilsport! Vedha....join us." Krish took a step towards Vedha.

"No Krish... I don't want to." Vedha told him.

"Veds....you don't have to drink...just sit with us" Krish tried to assure her but still got more closer.

Siddharth sensed it. He knew it was no good to be with these half-drunk guys.He tried to speak but Sumedh stood in front of Vedha
"She said NO, Mr. Krish! Don't even try to force her to sit with you guys." Sumedh snapped.

Nobody said word, Krish sat near Shanaya and these guys left from there. They decided to sit near 'Vedha's Special place'.  The place was better and safe. They lit a small campfire and sat around it.

Nobody realised that its been 2 hours since they started talking. Everyone sharing their experiences, memories, jokes and what not. They only came to know that when the other people(who stayed back for drinks) came back.

"Can we join you guys?" Ananya asked.
"Yeah...sure!" Ria chirped.

Thus, it was back to their big group again.

"Guys??"
Ethan spoke for the second time and everyone turned their attention towards him.

"Who the hell bought a boat over here?" he asked disbelieved.

This might've happened so many times with us. Soo many have mistaken this concept.

It never involves us to be adults.
One might think that its okay to do such stuff, like drinking, intake of drugs, lying to our families and other things. But its our responsibility to understand the difference.
Life could be enjoyed even in the simplest way!

Basss.......end of my lecture. I can't act good anymore now. 😝
