*London*

Gray is being suspicious.

When I walked into his bedroom, he had out a whole list of people that we know. They were pinned to a board on the wall. It was like something out of a mystery. "What are you doing?" I asked pointedly, startling him.

A blast of wind covered the bulletin board with an overhead sheet. "Nothing. A project."
I cocked my head. "What kind?"
He looked away in embarrassment. "What all of the people we know would look like naked." I held up my arms in surrender. "Okay. We're going to see Abuelo and Abuela." He nodded. "Alright. I'm almost ready."
I nodded with concern. "Okay."

Dad carried mom on his back and I carried Matthew. It was lightweight. When your as fast as me or dad, your bodies oxygen begins to lessen until you can't breathe. That also makes your body harden, in a way. Neither is lethal, I can still breathe, though it took a little while to learn. We carried them to Abuelo's and in 2 minutes we were there. They live 88 miles away.

Abuelita answered the door. "Ah! Mucho gusto seeing you again! Hiram! Look who's here!" While we waited for Abuelo Hiram to enter, we took turns being crushed. In all the chaos, I noticed mom was stone-faced. I grabbed my elbow. "Mom?" She snapped back and smiled at me. "Mom, where's dad?" She asked. "We have to talk to you."

5 minutes later, we were sent into the basement. Before we were re-stationed, Gray left a ball of wind behind the couch. He took a little piece of wind and pulled in thin from the living room to the basement. I couldn't see it, naturally. But he explained why he was doing it. So we could listen.

-------------------------

"Dad, are you doing alright?" Mom asked.
----------
"Yes princessa. What are you visiting for? I know you didn't just miss me."
---------
"Dad there is a threat. I'm working with Peter to try to figure out why this is happening but, they're targeting our family. And they won't just stop because we say so. So I'm proposing... we use the chamber."
---------

Silence. I glanced at Gray who listened intently.

"No."
-------
"Dad we have--"
-------
"No. We will not run!" Abuelo yelled.
------
Mom sighed.
------
"Do you remember where it is dad? Crestwood Ave. Under the big Palm tree we used to swing on."
------
"I remember."
------
"Dad this isn't just about running. It's for the kids. I want them to live to see 16. This is a risky business, our life. I want to keep them safe."
------
"Fine."

When we left that night, we took this whole family with us.
