It was now the day before Seungmin and Hyunjin's date when Hyunjin realized.... he and Minho literally planned the most basic date ever for them
It was kind of too late too come up with a new plan though and it was already almost 1 am but Hyunjin couldn't sleep because of how nervous and excited he was
Seungmin also couldn't sleep at all and he had been staring at the dimly lit ceiling from fairy lights for hours trying to but his thoughts were keeping him awake
He was thinking about all the things that could happen on the date tomorrow, or really later that day
He was still too scared to tell Hyunjin that he felt the same way but at the same time he just wanted all of Hyunjin's love and attention
He sighed to himself for about the hundredth time that night, when he suddenly heard his phone buzz
Once looking at the contact name he subconsciously smiled
Hyunjin:
Hey, I hope you are asleep but just Incase you
Are not, hi.
Seungmin:
Hello ^-^
Hyunjin:
Why are you awake!?!?!
Seungmin:
You don't need to know the reason,
Why are you awake?
Hyunjin:
At least tell me you are okay, and
I'm awake because I'm excited about
Our date later today
Seungmin:
I'm good. I just can't sleep
Hyunjin:
There isn't a specific reason Minnie?
Seungmin:
Stop. You don't need to know
The answer to that
Hyunjin:
Fine, you should sleep soon
Seungmin:
So should you but it doesn't mean
That either of us are going to
Hyunjin:
Well if neither of us are going to
Sleep then... do you care if I come
To your house
Seungmin:
Idc
Hyunjin:
See you in 10 minutes!!
As soon as Seungmin saw Hyunjin's last text he quickly got up from his bed and fixed his bed so it looked neat then looked in the mirror to try to fix his hair
He was wearing a big baby blue hoodie and grey sweatpants, he wanted to change but he also didn't want to be obvious so he didn't
He then ran downstairs and waited in the living room for Hyunjin to knock on the door
He waited impatiently until he finally heard his phone buzz
Hyunjin:
I'm outside, I don't want to knock because
I don't want to disturb anyone
Seungmin immediately got up and opened the door
"Hi" Seungmin said to him
"Hi, you look cute" Hyunjin said noticing Seungmin's outfit
Hyunjin was wearing black sweatpants and a white t-shirt, Seungmin thought he looked super cute too. Especially with his hair all over the place like it was right now but he wasn't going to tell him that
"Thanks" Seungmin said as he grabbed Hyunjin's hand and pulled him inside as they both went up to his room
They both laid down in Seungmin's bed being a pretty good distance away from each other
"Do you want to watch a movie or something?" Seungmin asked him
"Sure" Hyunjin said
It was nearly 2 am but neither of them cared
"Where the heck is the remote?" Seungmin sighed as he looked all over his room but couldn't find the tv remote
"It's okay, we don't have to watch a movie. How about we just talk?" Hyunjin asked
"Okay" Seungmin said as he laid back down as they both turned to face each other while laying down but still not being super close to each other
"I wish that it wasn't like 2 in the morning right now so we could just go on our date now" Hyunjin said
"I mean, I could come up with a date to have at 2am but...next time" Seungmin said and Hyunjin smiled
"Next time?" Hyunjin asked happily
"Shut up"
"Soo..... you're going to plan our second date?"
"Only if this one goes well"
"Dang, that's a lot of pressure" Hyunjin said
"I'm just kidding, whatever you have planned will probably be fun"
"I hope so"
"Hey Hyunjin"
"Yeah?" Hyunjin responded and noticed that Seungmin stopped making eye contact with him
"I have a question, it's kinda weird though"
"I don't care, what is it?"
"Can we....cuddle maybe?" Seungmin asked completely avoiding eye contact at all costs
"Aww, you are so cute! I feel attacked, but yes!" Hyunjin was surprised by Seungmin asking this but he wasn't going to question, and just took full advantage of the situation
Is this cause he is sleep deprived or something right now? Hyunjin asked himself but his thoughts were interrupted when he felt Seungmin wrap his arms around Hyunjin's waist
Hyunjin then hugged him back as they laid there comfortably
Somehow they were both able to fall asleep after only a few minutes
