Seungmin started nervously playing with Hyunjin's hand before he finally managed to start getting the words out
"Will you....be my boyfriend?" Seungmin asked, not looking away from Hyunjin's hand
It stayed quiet for a minute and it started scaring Seungmin and eventually made him look up to see Hyunjin's reaction and he just looked shocked
"Jinnie? Please respond" Seungmin said to him with a pout
"But you just- I thought-"
"Yes or yes?"
"Yes, but woah I did not expect you to be the one to ask me that" Hyunjin said then smiled at him
"Why else would I avoid your question so much?"
"I thought you were just being nervous" Hyunjin explained to him
"Dang, you really think that I'm that panicked of a gay?"
"It's not that it's.......okay never mind I guess I did"
"I'm not Jisung" Seungmin said defending himself
"Well I mean apparently to Minho, Jisung has been extremely straight forward lately and not panicked"
"Yeah right, I'm probably more straight forward than him" Seungmin said and Hyunjin started awkwardly laughing, and Seungmin low key got offended "you really think I'm more of a panicked gay then Jisung?"Seungmin asked
"No, but according to Minho, Jisung will make out with him whenever and at random times and I don't really know but Minho said Jisung has actually caused him to get flustered a few times" Hyunjin explained, but really he wasn't helping himself
"Are you saying that you don't think I can make you flustered?"
"This conversation is going to badly, of course you can! Whenever you call me Jinnie my heart feels like it's doing a flip, whenever you smile I automatically smile without meaning too, when you told me that you loved me I stood there completely shook for a second and I was definitely flustered at that moment"Hyunjin explained causing Seungmin to blush
"Okay that's cute"
"What about for you? Do I make you flustered?"Hyunjin asked
"You're the one who thinks I'm a panicked gay apparently so you tell me" Seungmin sassily, still mad about Hyunjin calling him that earlier
"We've been dating for like 10 minutes and we are already arguing" Hyunjin sighed
"What else would you expect?"
"I don't know maybe a kiss, a hug, an 'I love you'"
"Are you trying to imply something?" Seungmin asked him
"I mean..... all of those things sound pretty nice right now" Hyunjin said and Seungmin smiled slightly
"You're really cute... I've been too nervous to say it to you but just so you know, you are adorable"
"Seungmin 'been too nervous'.....panicked gay"
"Hyunjin I swear I will leave right now and dump you"Seungmin said, lifting his head off of Hyunjin's shoulder and was about to stand up but Hyunjin grabbed his hand
"Nooooo, don't leave! I've waited too long to be dating you. I love you"
"You're changing the subject but I love you too" Seungmin said and Hyunjin smiled at him "I'm still going to prove my point though" Seungmin pouted
"Go for-" before Hyunjin could complete his sentence Seungmin was kissing him which quickly led to Seungmin leaving a mark on Hyunjin's neck
"Have fun explaining that to people" Seungmin said as he pulled away from Hyunjin
"Explaining what?" Hyunjin asked confused
"I just gave you a hickey"
"Really?" Hyunjin asked as he took his phone out to look at it with his camera " Minnie, that's adorable"
"Weird reaction to getting a hickey but okay I guess" Seungmin said as he hugged Hyunjin and laid his head back on the older shoulder
"Are you tired?"
"I mean yeah, it's like 3 something in the morning"
"I'm not leaving you so your house or mine?" Hyunjin asked
" My house is closer" Seungmin said
"Okay" Hyunjin asked as he got up and picked Seungmin up bridal style as he carried him to the car
"Hyunjin I can walk"
"I'm your boyfriend and your tired. You're not walking"
"O-okay" Seungmin said while blushing
Seungmin reached for his keys and unlocked the car then handed them to Hyunjin
Hyunjin gently placed him in the passenger seat then kissed his forehead before he closed the door and got in on the driver's side
The ride home was pretty quick. It was also quiet but surprisingly Seungmin hadn't fallen asleep
They got to Seungmin's house and went to Seungmin's room where Seungmin went to his bed as soon as they walked in and Hyunjin followed him
They were facing each other but Seungmin was half asleep already
"I love you Minnie, Goodnight"
"I love you too Jinnie" Seungmin said sleepily as he wrapped his arms around Hyunjin who hugged him back
And like that, they both fell asleep within seconds
They were finally together, and they were extremely happy, they of course still had arguments but for the most part, they were always joking
They loved each other, and they always would
