Ryan’sPOV

As the last bell rang for the day, I quickly got up and left the class and headed out to the car park where my friend Jason was waiting by his car which is parked next to mine. "Hey man, I heard you're working with Zoe, I feel sorry for you man, you having to work with that loser," My friend Jason said
"Ha-ha thanks man, but I’m sure that I’ll live.. Just" I said climbing into my Ferrari. I drove to the front of the school where I had arranged to meet Zoë. As I parked in front of Zoe, I noticed that she was staring at my car. I guess that I had forgotten that she loves cars. As I got out I looked at her waiting for her to look up.
“Have you stopped perving at my car yet? Because that’s just wrong” I smirked leaning on the roof of the car when she didn’t look up.
“Shut up and the only thing wrong with the car is that you drive it and you probably don’t even know what type of engine it has or even what type of Ferrari it is” She said,
“And I take it you do?”   I said and regretting it instantly.
“Course, why else would I bring it up?”” She smiled
“Go on tell us”
“No, make me” she straightened up crossing her arms. How could I make her she's the most stubborn person; ever. Then I got an idea, I know she wouldn't be able to resist my offer. She continued staring at me waiting for how I was going to 'make' her tell me.
“I’ll let you drive it” I smirked seeing her face, and shoulder drops
“Fine  it’s a  6.3 L V12 2012 Ferrari Berlinetta 2012. Now give me they keys” wow, she still had it in her, although she could be bullshitting me, I wouldn’t put it past her. She walked around to the driver’s seat and snatched the keys out of my hand.
“Madam” I said opening up the door and closing it for her, then walked around to the passenger door. As soon as I closed the door she speeds off taking the long way to my house. I should've guessed. Zoe plugged in her iPod and the song ‘You’re So Vain' by 'That Sunday Feeling’ came on and she started to sing to it, it was perfect   and beautiful, she was always talented at singing I still remember when we use to jam together. I can't believe how much I had forgotten about her and it hadn’t even been that long since we stopped being friends. She looked so happy I couldn't help but stare at her even if it did creep her out. "That was real good, I forgot you had a voice like that" I said, so I had a reason to stare at her for longer.
“Um thanks” she said, we didn’t say anything for the rest of the ride to my place.

Getting out of the car I saw her looked up at my house and smile, standing there for awhile, eventually heading inside I lead her to my bedroom. Her eyes locked in on my bass guitar and skateboard we just stood in silence with a look on her face, surprise? “So let’s get started on our project” I said to try and break the silence.
“Huh, yeah” she said shaking her head, walking over to my desk. I just smiled at her as we worked together, but we both started to lose focus after a short amount of time, but it was good it was like the old times, well almost, I could tell she was still upset about how I betrayed her. I can’t blame her, if only I could tell her the full story without her hating me even more.

~~~ Flash back~~~
Looking behind me, I was trying to see how far behind Zoë was. I couldn’t see her. Finally I would win. I turn forwards with a grin on my face, until my board whacks a rock and starts to wobble. Losing balance I fall off my skateboard, landing on the pavement making me grimace in pain. I heard Zoë’s laugh as she skated to a halt in front of me. “That-was-wicked” Zoë cackled between each word. Looking her up and down, quickly hoping she wouldn’t notice, taking in all of her features, long and scruffy brown hair, green eyes and a good figure; she’s not skinny, but not fat either and she’s slightly toned. Today she’s wearing her grey skinny jeans and a band shirt, Sex Pistols I think. I stood back up, flipping the bird at her, making her cackle even harder than before. Grabbing my board we walked the last few miles to school. I place my arm around her shoulders, leading her to the place which was to be our prison for the next four years. With any luck I’d get in the basketball team, making the sentence less harsh.
