When Violet had left those woods she had left smiling. Things began to be put into place and the strangeness began to make sense.

She happily had walked into her next class, that is until a rush of emotions hit her in the face and a large frown grew. She hated that her once excited mood now was sour.

Emily. That was her name, Violet remembered she was in her English class. She was normally quite chatty, she had many friends and a boyfriend. But right now she stood at her locker, staring at a photo. Violet was feeling the girls pain as it came in bucket loads. Violet felt it...loss. The pain that came with death. It rushed to her.

Violet felt tears well in her eyes as if she herself had also lost someone.

Suddenly Alice popped in front of her blocking the view of Emily.

"I'm confused I thought you would take it well?" Alice asked frowning, obviously talking about the blonde's sad state.

"Huh?" Violet asked as she snapped out of it only a little. Then prossesed what she had said. "Oh right. No I am happy about that..." she said trailing off

"You dont look happy? What's wrong?" Violet bit her lip and decided to tell Alice when they were alone. Alice's eyes widened and a sympathetic look crossed her face confusing her

"Oh sweety. Come with me let's get you away from her"

"How...how do you know?"

"Oh, you told me." "In the future, you desided to tell me, so I saw it."

"Saw it?"

"Oh right. Well you know how Jasper reads emotions?"

"Yeah? Can all of you?"

"No, only him, sometimes, when a ..you know. Becomes a...you know. We get special gifts. For me I can see the future, but only it's based on decisions, which, can change."

"Wow. That's a cool power. Does anyone else have them?"

"Just Edward, he reads minds" Violets eyes widened

"That...makes sense."

"Yep!"

Violet sighed tired, she was done with school. She entered the cafeteria and headed to her normal spot when Alice's voice shouted across the cafeteria.

"Violet! Sit with us!" Violet frowned, remembering the last time she neared that table. A small blush came to her cheeks as many turned to stare at her.

She gripped her bag tightly and approached there table, seeing a seat next to Alice empty. She took a seat.

A moment passed. Emmet smirked at her. Rosie glared. Edward was seemingly not here. And Japser was starring at her.

Violet sat awkwardly at the table

"Vegatarian Vampires...that would make a killer book series." She said with a nervous chuckle. Emmet began to laugh as Rosie's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Violet" Alice whispered in shock. Looking around to make sure no one heard her.

"What? Just throwing ideas out there." She said, acting like what she said was a innocent idea. With no real life context. Alice sighed.

"So. Tomorrow, will you come by the house?" She asked. Violet shrugged

"Yeah, sure" Alice smiled happily

"Yay! I'm so excited!"

Violet parked her car, and jumped out of it with a sigh, she saw Bella washing her car and walked up smiling

"He- ahhhh" she jumped back with a scream as suddenly Edward had jumped on the car with no warning. Violet glared as she held her hand on her heart.

"So it's not a Jasper thing? It's a vampire thing?" She asked angrily

"Can you act human?-I mean, I've got neighbors."

"Nosy neighbors" Violet scoffed to herself, alot of them constantly asking questions about why Violet moved in with the Swans.

"I'm gonna take you to my place tomorrow." Edward said with a large smile on his face, then bent over and pulled on the car where a dent had been and fixing it.

Violets eyes widened. The thought of the dent in her car door coming to mind from the time she hit Jasper with it.

"Oh he is totally going to do that to my Jeep" She muttered

"Thanks..." Bella said referring to the dent before hearing what he actually said "Wait, with your family?"

"-Yeah."

"What if they don't like me?"

"-So you're worried...Not because you'll be in a house full of vampires but...Because you think they won't approve of you?" Violet couldn't help but understand

"-I'm glad I amuse you." The Edward frowned and turned his head. "What is it?" She asked

"A complication.-I'll pick you up tomorrow." Then gave her a quick cheek kiss and jumped in his car. Taking off.

Violet then saw the familiar car of the Blacks riding up.

They got out and Violet could have sworn Jacob looked like a puppy as soon as he saw Bella.

"Hey! Come to visit your truck?" Bella asked. Violet began to walk back in the house when Bella lightly touched her arm, a small sign asking her to stay. Violet sighed but did.

"Looks good...-Got that dent out..." Violet felt the small smile grow

"Yeah." Bella muttered awkwardly

"Actually, we came to visit your flat-screen." The man in a wheelchair said Violet chuckled

"First Mariners game of the season.-Plus, Jacob here keeps bugging me about seeing you again." He said making Violet laugh at Jacob's awkward tense face.

"-Great, dad... Thanks." He said sarcastically

"-Just keeping it real, son." Violet smirked.

She liked this guy.

"Speaking of, you must be Violet. Jacob and Charley told me about you" Violet saw him hold his hand out and wanted to avoid it, but knew it'd be considered rude. She shook it with a small smile.

"I am. Nice to meet you"

"Nice to meet you, Jacob here told me your funny, that true?" Violet raised a brow, giving Jacob a look. He shrugged. She turned back to Billy. Giving him a shrug.

"Actually I'm just rude, but people often think I'm joking" Jacob and he began to laugh. Bella gave a small huff of amusement and rolled her eyes. Violet just smirked "case and point" she muttered

"I like you" Bily said pointing to her. Violet smiled.

"You sound like your son."
