Chapter 4: Casey

I arrived at school a little early. There was only a few cars in the parking lot, and a few kids sitting on the hoods of them.

I was talking to my friends Adam and Kyro about tonight because today was the day the Alpha, my brother, picks his Luna.

Unlucky for me today was also the day I find out who my mate is and keon came up with some dumb-ass plan that he'll take away anyone's mate to be his Luna.

"So who do you think your brother will choose to be the Luna" Asked kyro

"Dunno."

"but er ain't today the day you choose your mate?" Adam said

"Yeah so what?"

"So what? Dude what if your brother turned round and chooses your mate for his luna?"

I hadn't really thought of that. Yeah as the Alpha my brother had changed, alot. He was a bit cold hearted, but he was still my brother.

I heard a horn beep behind us and I saw black mini with a with white roof park into the parking space next to me.

Kristen was the first to come out, wearing a pink outfit. She looked like a real life barbie doll.

Then came my bestfriend Robyn, and Damn she was looking hot, with her flowing black hair and white blouse.

But something was different about her. It was her scent, it had changed. My wolf was trying to tell me something but I blocked him out as Robyn and Kristen approached.

"Hi Kristen, wassup robby" I said putting my arm in Robyns shoulder.

"Get of me you oompah loompa" she said playfully pushing me in my chest. Her touch instantly sent a tingle through my body. What the hell....

"Yeah because oompah loompas have amazing brown hair," I said running my hands through my hair

"amber eyes that turn black when there wolf is angered" and I batted my eye lids

"And an amazing toned and fit body" and I flexed my muscles.

"Whatever, oh and here comes your girlfriend. "

Girlfriend? I dont have a girlfriend.

I turned around to see Melissa M'carthy skipping towards me with a big smile on her face.

Fuck! Why, just why! I slept with the girl once and it's like she wants to marry me. Me and Robyn laughed about it later in, but she still wouldn't leave me alone.

Kyro and Kristen walked of giggling which made me growl a little, and Adam and Robyn stood there leaning on the hoods of the cars smirking as Melissa came closer.

"Heya Cay,Cay" she said. That immediately annoyed me. Nobody called me Cay, Cay except Robyn.

"Hi Mel"

"So um I'm having a party on Friday and I was wondering if maybe you would like to come? You can bring along company if you like." and her grey eyes darted to Adam and Robyn who were still sniggering away.

"Uh"

"Please" and she started twirling a finger in her bright coloured hair

"Uh okay"

"Yay thanks" and she skipped of to her little group who were starting to head into school

I heard a burst of laughter from behind me and I turned around to see Adam clutching his sides and Robyn looking vex.

"Please come to my party Cay,Cay" Adam said trying and failing to imitate Melissa.

"Hey dont call me that."

"Yeah only I'm allowed to call him that, and who the heck does she thinks she is about company, I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW IT'LL BE A GRACE UPON YOUR BEHALF TO HAVE ME AT YOUR PARTY!" Robyn half growled half shouted to an already gone Melissa.

"Hey cool it robby, and besides it'll be a grace on my behalf yo have you accompany me to this party as well." I said.

Robyn looked at me and then looped an arm through mine.

Instantly I got a reaction from my wolf and her scent hit me like the wind, vanilla and strawberries.

She never smelt like this before, I mean course she always smelt nice, but not this attractive and attention pulling.

"Thanks Cay,Cay" she said

"Hey how come she gets to call you that and not me?" I totally forgot Adam was there.

"Because I'm his best friend dumb dumb. Now I better go I'll see you guys after registration. See ya" and she unlinked her arms from mine, and my wolf missed the sparks and instantly started howling.

I watched my best friend walk away and into the school building as the bell had gone. Only then did I let my wolf back in.

" You fool why did you let her Leave"

Because she had classes why else.

"Why else? Have you wondered why her scent has changed, why she's resting on your mind even now? Why your body is flying with sparks?"

I thought long, deep and hard about why all of a sudden my body was reacting to Robyn like this, and my wolf must of sensed I was struggling.

" Don't you get it!" he growled

Get what? And the word he said surprised me, very much.

"mate"...

Alright so I seem to be focusing on this book more than my other books, so until further notice all my other books are on hold, if course until I get stuck on this one, or I come with another book idea B-)
