Sonic's P.O.V.
"Sonic?" Rouge said softly as we kept walking.

"Yes?" I yawned softly.

"I'm so sorry... Please forgive us..." I raised a brow and turned to look at them confused.

"What do you-" I was cut off when Shadow gave me Darks shot making me hiss at the pain then quickly was held back. I looked behind me and daw the guards from the castle.

What...?

Did they just... Turn me in...?

My heart ached at seeing this. They betrayed me, Shadow used me... Rouge betrayed me...

I growled furiously. "WHY?!" I snapped at them. "I TRUSTED YOU!" I tried to pull away from the guards. Tried to kick them, punch them, but they were holding me.

"Sonic..." Rouge lowered her ears as Shadow simply had his arms crossed, serious face and looking away.

"I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY FRIENDS!" I snapped again as I managed to kick a guard.

"Shut up, Faker! I was never your friend, but there's no need to tell at Rouge, we are doing our job." Shadow growled as he glared at me

"I hate you."

Shadow's P.O.V.
"I hate you." I gasped quietly as my eyes went wide open at this. "Shadow. I HATE YOU. I HATE YOU, SHADOW!" He yelled as I stayed frozen and took a step back.

Why...?

Why did it hurt so much...?

"I DON'T EVER WANT TO SEE YOU!" He kept shouting at me untik a guard gave him a a shot making him gasp and let out more tears then immediately pass out.

"What did you do to him?!" Rouge quickly shouted at the guards.

"Princess Sally gave us a shot to tranqualize Prince Maurice and Dark at the same time and take away Maurice's speed for 24 hours. Thank you for bringing Prince Maurice, we will contact the Commander and let him know you did a good job on bringing him here safely." The guards said and we slowly nodded as we watched them leave while carrying Sonic.

"Hun...? You're crying..." Rouge said and I touched my muzzle and to my surprise, she wasn't wrong.

I looked at Rouge then I growled furiously and quickly chaos controlled us to Rouges house then chaos controlled to my house without saying a word. I punched a wall and let more tears out.

"I'm sorry..." I mumbled as I cried softly. "Fuck... Im so sorry... Please forgive me... Please..." I repeated thst multiple times.

(2 weeks later)

"After the news came out of our hero, Sonic the Hedgehog was the missing prince, Prince Maurice, everyone has been wondering why it took so long for it to be public. Aleenas anouncement today told us that our hero was waiting for the time of his wedding to make it public. Prince Maurice and Princess Sally's wedding will be held at Aleena's castle tomorrow afternoon, although everyone-" I growled and turned off the TV.

"What's the matter with you?" Rouge sighed. "Ever since that day, you've refused to go out."

"Shut up and leave my house." I mumbled.

"Hun... Talk to me, is it because of what he said?" Rouge asked me and I stayed quiet. "You liked him, didn't you?" My ears perked up at this. .

"What are you talking about, Bat?" I scoffed.

"As a friend, Hun. But now you got me thinking, do you have feelings for Sonic?" She asked calmly.

"No." I quickly growled. "I can't have feelings for anyone."

"Well it seems you are wrong. Did you and Sonic talk when I left that day?" She asked me and I stayed quiet making it obvious we did. "So you do like him?"

"Shut up!" I growled at her.

"No, Shadow and you better lower your volume or I will slap you." She rubbed her face. "Did you tell him how you felt? Kissed him? He sounded more hurt towards you." She mumbled.

"Does that mean anything?" I rolled my eyes.

"Yes, it does Hun. You're really oblivious about feelings." She sighed. "If you did, and you are this way, you have feelings for him. Maybe love him." She said softly and I dropped my ears as I remembered that day.

"We... The day..." I cleared my throat. "The day you left... The day after... He was limping..." I mumbled and lightly blushed. "I didn't know what got over me... I didn't know that..."

"Oh my chaos! Shadow!" She shouted at me making me growl again.

"I did not know! How am I supposed to know this?! I wasnt created for this! I was never thought this!" I shouted back.

"I guess that's true... You only focus on GUN and that's it." She sighed. "You need to go see him." Rouge mumbled again.

"No way. There's absolutely no way I'll go see him. He's getting married to a PRINCESS tomorrow!" I was cut off.

"Exactly why you need to go! Stop the wedding!" Rouge quickly said making my ear twitched at the idea. I immediately shook my head.

"I'll get killed! Are you crazy?!" I growled louder. "Out of my house! Now!" I snapped and waited for her to leave. When I noticed she never left, I chaos controlled away.
