M: jug can I come over yours?

A few weeks later
I was in detention and went to the toilet. I grabbed the pregnancy test out of my bag and pissed on the stick.
B: maddy you okay?
V: hey we are right outside
C: yup we are here.
M: shittt!
I got up and washed my hands. I was crying.
C: hey what's wrong?
Meanwhile back in detention
J: the girls are taking ages
A: they're probably chatting about the latest magazine or something.
J: I dunno. Maddy has been acting weird today. Like she knew something bad was going to happen. She wouldn't let me put something in her bag.
A: she's probably on her period.
Back in the girls bathroom
M: I'm pregnant.
B: oh my god what?!
M: jug is gonna break up with me. I'll have to keep it a secret and abort it. Or put it up for adoption.
V: what do you wanna do?
M: well I have to keep it.
C: then if he loves you that will be the right decision.
M: your sure?
B: wait so let me get this straight your pregnant with someone's baby.
M: jugheads baby.
B: okay so let's go tell him.
M: no I'll tell him tonight when we get home. Fp will know what to do.
We walked back into the classroom.
J: you okay?
M: yeah just woman problems.
That is the man off switch. Say woman problems and they don't ask anything else. Or usually they don't. It doesn't always work.
C: let's play secrets and sins.
M: okay. Sure. We all sat on the floor in a circle.
J: I'll start.
C: okay. Hobo say a secret or sin about maddy

J: maddy was nearly killed by sweetpeas gang when she ran to the south side

M: jughead. We went on holiday once. For Christmas. He petrified me. Because I had a hickey. I was huddled up in a corner of the room because he was screaming at me.
Principal weatherbee came in.
P: times up! You may go.
We left and I hopped on jugs bike and we drove home.
