"I won't sit around, waiting for my own body to heal, when she is out there, unguarded, and without her wounds being treated. We have no comprehension of what they're doing to her right now," Todoroki begins, pleading his case to the entire 2-A class, who were gathered around his hospital bed, "I won't sit around."
"But Todoroki," Uraraka says with a whine, "We have instructions to not get involved on our own!"
"If we wait to hear, maybe that word will never come!" His eyes were gleaming with new desperation, "If I don't do something, i'll never be the hero I want to be."
"I agree!" Kirishima suddenly joins in, thrusting his fist into the air, "It's so not manly to wait around when our fellow classmate is in danger. It's just like Bakugou, what's different now?"
"The difference is, that Rina hates all of us, and will probably try to kill us if we interfere." Kaminari says with worry.
Kirishima looks to Kaminari, "You think everyone you try to save is going to like you? That's not something you can vouch on! Heroism doesn't engage personal bias! Not in any aspect..."
Kaminari flicks his hair, "I doubt i'll find someone who doesn't fall for my overwhelmingly charming good-looks!"
"Man, that's so unmanly." he says quietly, "Wether or not she's fond of us, she's a part of 2-A! She's a member of our class! And she's in danger! We need to do everything we can to obscure her from that danger!"
"The authorities are currently working on it!" Iida joins in from his hospital bed that was across the room, "You cannot go against our firm instructions!"
Suddenly, a new voice emerges from the very back of the room.
"Oi."
Everyone turns to see Bakugou standing in the doorway, hands in his pockets and pouting. "Forget what four-eyes just said." then takes a few steps towards the others, "Raise your stupid hand if you're in."
Kirishima smiles, instantly shooting his hand high into the air.
Then Todoroki, without hesitation.
But that's all.
After the time they had done something like this for Bakugou just one year ago, and received merciless scolding, they were all skeptical about pulling something similar again. Not to mention the fact that you probably wouldn't be pleased to see them, or express gratitude in any form of the word.
"Tch," Bakugou hisses, turning out the door in obvious disappointment that nobody else had offered their hands, "Some heroes you all are."
"I'm in." Ashido suddenly peeps from the middle of the crowd, "I'll come."
