"How could you be so stupid!!" Zero growls out through clenched teeth as he pulls me all the way into the Headmasters House. "Never go there again!" His body starts shaking in anger.
"Kaname actually wishes to spend time with me Zero....I want to join the night classes and he is going to let me."
"You don't have any idea what your asking for...." Zero speaks harshly.
"I am tired of being alone!" I snap at him as tears form in my eyes. His lavender ones soften as he sees my sad face. "My parents....my little sister...I......" I take a deep breath. "I can't get the image of their mangled bloody bodies from my head...The sound of that monster drinking their blood haunts me every minute of each day. I have no one else in my life who cares for me...."
"Yuki does..." Zero says quietly. "And what of those other two girls you hang out with more at class..."
"Yuki gets to distracted with her thoughts, and its hard knowing she is ok with these monsters being out there....Mia and Trish....all they want to do is talk about the Night Class and see them. The only person I want to spend time with...." I see Zero look down to the ground. "He want absolutely nothing to do with me....That leaves Kaname...He wants to spend time with me. He wants to learn everything about me."
"Your wrong...." Zero says quietly. "Samantha...." I stare at Zero as the tears flow from my eyes. "I want to learn all there is about you...." Zero takes a step closer but he freezes and I see his hand twitch. "But I can't get close to you...I will lose control."
"Lose control of what?" I whisper as I reach out to him.
"Promise me you will never go to the moon dorm again....Promise me you will stay away from Kuran..."
"Zero, I can't do that...."
"Samantha you have to promise me!" Zero suddenly grabs me and pulls me tightly into his body. "If I was a second to late tonight....." He whispers as his body trembles. "You have no idea how dangerous Kuran really is..."
"Zero?" I ask in a whisper as I stand there to stunned to move.
"You smell so good...." Zero whispers into my neck causing me to blush. I hear Zero take a deep breath then his whole body tenses. "You need....to..go...to your...room....now....." He whispers in between breaths but he has yet to let me go. I feel his lips glide across my neck where Kaname's touched just minutes before.
"Zero!" I stare up in shock as Headmaster Cross sees Zero hugging me and runs towards us. "ZERO!" He cries out as he pulls him off me. "Samantha my dear....you should be in your room."
"Zero?" I whisper as Headmaster Cross still grips Zero tightly. I notice Zero's body shaking uncontrollably. I reach out to touch him when the Headmaster pulls Zero slightly away.
"He is fine dear....please return to your room for the rest of the night."
I see Zero's head hanging in what looks like shame as his eyes are squeezed shut and his hands turn into fists.
"Ok...uhh Goodnight." I whisper as I walk down the hall and to my room.

Zero's PoV
"She's gone...." Headmaster Cross whispers as he releases me. I open my eyes and turn to look at my reflection in the window. Staring at me are the red glowing eyes of the very monster she fears most.
I take deep breaths. "She was in the moon dorm with Kuran." I turn to look at Cross. "He was about to bite her..."
"Kaname wouldn't...he knows better then that."
