Chapter 25

Jaemin PoV 

I decided to wake up early today because I wanted to make breakfast for Mina. I groaned as I rolled over in bed, giving Mina a hug and kiss before actually debating whether I wanted to get out of bed. I stared at her sleeping face and observed her features. I gave her another peck on the nose before getting out of bed. I washed my face and changed back into clothes from the previous day. I headed downstairs and made her some pancakes. I looked around for some ingredients and made sure to stay as quiet as possible. Looking through her fridge, I found some strawberries and blueberries. 

I should add those on the side or something. Mm...that isn't a bad idea. I thought to myself.

Once I finished with the pancakes, I went ahead and grabbed the orange juice and poured it in a glass. Then, I made some coffee and added in the milk, the fancy way. I plated everything when I finally finished and looked at my work proudly. 

I went back upstairs and called Mina down to eat. I sat on the bed next to her and gently kissed her. 

"Babe. It's time to wake up." I said, shaking her gently. 

Mina grunted and turned to the other side. 

I smiled. I laid down next to her and grabbed her by the waist, hugging her. "C'mon babe. I know you're tired, but the investigators will be over soon." 

Mina immediately sat up. "Fuck." She muttered. She turned to me, surprised. 

"Good morning my love." I said. 

"Good morning. Did you make pancakes?" Mina asked. 

I nodded. "Come down quick so we can eat together before they get cold." 

Mina nodded and headed into the bathroom. I walked back to the kitchen and began to sip my coffee. A few minutes later, Mina walked in and she gasped quietly. I looked up and saw her standing in the doorway. 

"It's so prettyyyy!" She squealed. She rushed over to the table and took out her phone. She took like ten different photos. 

"I made it for you. All of it!" I exclaimed happily. 

She looked at me and smiled. She walked over and gave me a kiss on the cheek, which I gladly enjoyed. "Thank you," She said, hugging me, "Thank you for taking the time to do all of this." 

"It's okay. I should be doing these things." I replied. 

Mina walked back over to her side and immediately dug in. I waited anxiously for her review. She looked at me with wide eyes before giving me the thumbs up. 

"It's so good!" She squealed. 

I grinned. "Really?" 

She nodded rapidly. "It is!!"

I tried a bit myself and found out that it actually did taste pretty good. 

Suddenly, a knock at the door was heard. 

"Did you invite anyone?" I asked. 

She shook her head. "You?" 

"Nope." I said. I walked over to the door and looked through the hole. I saw two male figures with their masks on. 

"Who is it?" Mina asked. 

"Two guys. I don't know who it is." 

"Open the door." 

I slowly opened the door and poked my head out. 

"Hey Jaemin!" A familiar voice said. 

"Hyung?" I asked.
