33/ CHINA, WAIT!

China

After Brenna left I went upstairs to Visit with Lauryn who just got back from filming. I haven't seen her since before I left to film Descendants. I walked by Gabes room and his door was closed.

"DOORS OPEN GABE." I yelled.

"Come on dude! Maya isn't even here." He groaned and opened his door.

"Much better." I smiled

"Lou." I said softly walking into our room.

"What's wrong chi?" She hugged me and motioned for me to sit down on her bed.

"I miss Cameron. I miss our friendship and I know why he cut me off but I will never understand the words he said to me." I started to cry. It's been hard for me to comprehend the things he said to me

"He cut you off? When?"

"Two days before I came home.. his ex pulled the rape card." I sighed

"Crazy Saffie who likes laffy taffies?" She asked

"That's the one." I giggled.

"Maybe.. it's just not your time. You both are young let God be in control." She suggested.

"Time has never been right for us.. what if we're never meant to be at all?" I sighed

"Well chi, he's not the only one in this world and although everyone is rooting for you we have to trust this plan." Lou kissed my forehead, "Dad would be shitting bricks if he knew you were hung up over a boy." She sighed.

"Knock knock." Mom said as she entered the room, "Chi, you have company downstairs." She smiled. I went downstairs and went into the living room to see Dove, Thomas and Cameron sitting down.

"NOPE." I yelled and ran back to my room. I got halfway up the stairs before anyone said anything.

"CHINA, WAIT!" Dove yelled.

"I got her." I heard Cameron groan. I could hear in his voice he didn't want to be here.

"Back already?" Lou asked as I entered the room. I wasn't able to get anything out of my mouth because at this point, I'm pissed.

"China." Cameron entered the room

"Well now I understand." Lou chuckled, "should I leave?" She started to get up.

"No." I said

"Yes." Cameron snapped

"No, lou." I sighed, "Cameron shouldn't be here." I looked at him and rolled my eyes.

"China. Please, let's just go in another room and talk things out." He pleaded. I kept thinking about everything he said and why we're in this mess in the first place. I can never love a girl like you.

"China. You were just saying how much you miss him." Lou reminded me

"LOU!" I yelled. "Cameron, please just leave. If you really wanted to work things out you would have talked to me sooner." I sighed, "you obviously weren't sad about losing me because you're with Sarah now." I continued.

"China." Dove walked in, "Talk to him. You talked to Brenna so talk to him."

"Brenna wasn't my absolute best friend in the world or my boyfriend for two seconds." I snapped.

"Ouch." Cameron sighed, "I can't force you to talk to me but just know that I'm sorry and I hope you forgive me one day."

"I forgive you but working on our friendship isn't a priority to me at the moment."

I walked out of the room right after China said that. It bummed me out and I hope one day we can go back to the way things use to be. I ran into Mrs Shontell who always had a smile on her face which only made me smile.

"Cam! It's been so long." She pulled me into a hug, "We've missed your face here."

"It's great seeing you again." I smiled, "I miss being here." I said sadly.

"You know we're coming over for dinner tomorrow night, right?" She asked

"I didn't but I do now.. do you think china will come?" I asked

"Cam, don't give up on her. People make mistakes. She forgives you but let her come to you first." She advised me, "I'll make sure she comes."

"Thank you, I hope you have a good evening." I smiled.

I walked outside to the apartment and not looking where I was going I bumped into someone. Well, Satan.

"Oh, Cam. It's nice to see you." Saffie whispered, "I came to see china."

"If she won't talk to me what makes you think she's going to talk to you?" I snapped.

"I didn't know she wasn't talking to you." She sighed, "I'm sorry. For everything and I hope one day I can fix things and be actual friends with you."

"Friends? I don't think so. You literally ruined everything. Now, If you'll excuse me I'm going home." I groaned. Saffie is the last person I wanted to see. I walked into the house and Maya and Karan were giving me weird looks.

"Sup ugly." Maya smiled

"Maya. You're dumb." I rolled my eyes, "the world knows I'm gorgeous."

"Whatever. Your girlfriend is in your room." She glared, "Fake." She said quietly.

"You're just mad she's not china." I shot back

"Nah.. not mad. I just think you're dumb." She shrugged her shoulders, "Karan and I are going over to her house because you made a rule that I have to have supervision around Gabe." She groaned.

"Sorry that I don't want my little sister having kids at 13." I shrugged. Maya walked out and Karan stopped right in front of me and put his hands on my shoulders

"Cam.. if you want your friendship with china back, how about you get Naj back down here. She'll do anything when it comes to spending time with Naj, even if it means hanging out with you." Karan suggested.

"Thank you Kar, especially for not hating me like everyone else." I sighed and walked to the bedroom to see Sarah holding a picture of me and China.

"Did you go to see her?" She asked.

"Please don't be mad." I begged

"Mad? Cam, I think you two are endgame and I'm your girlfriend." She chuckled.
