Vampire Hunter

Chapter Three

Hello, I'm Adonis Jeremy Hunter. I'm twenty one years old man who lives with my little brother and his caretaker. I'm six foot seven with black hair which is not my actual hair color. I'm a vampire hunter who volunteers as a waiter at an eatery when I'm done with a mission.

I got up this morning and prepared for my volunteering job which I did whenever I came back. I usually worked for five hours and then the pay was given to orphanages with low income.

I was glad work was how it was with no one disturbing me. I spent time attending to most customers especially the females who came to eat here whenever I was around and would donate a lot just for me to notice them.

It had been four hours when I received a call from home. I paused what I was doing and had someone cover for me.

"Hello." I said then I got a sigh of relief.

"Oh thank heavens! Adonis I don't know what to do! Avery is missing!" Bernice informed me before she started crying.

"What?!" I exclaimed as she sniffed.

"I and Avery went out to get some groceries. After making a call with a friend, I turned back and Avery was gone." She explained making my chest beat fast.

"Wait for me, I'm coming. Call the police." I instructed before I cut the phone and changed in the locker.

"Where are you going?" Ruby, the manager asked.

"Something came up. I have to go." I said then I bolted out the door.

I enter my BMX and then stepped on the gas to the house. All I could think about was how I was so careless in not being able to protect my brother. I arrived home to see the police leaving and Bernice with a exhausted expression.

"Anything?" I asked but she shook her head.

"The police said they'll search for him so far as his still in town." She informed me as I gritted my teeth.

"The police never do anything, I think they know where he might be." I said before I pulled out my phone.

"Hello?" Melody said sleepily.

"I need you to track my brother." I requested then she sounded more awake.

"He run away?"

"Kidnapped."

"Still wears the bracelet with the tracker?"

"Yeah plus there's one in every toy." I said before I heard a chair shift.

"Well I've located your brother but then again I don't think you might like where it is." She said as I wondered where it was.

"Fucking tell me! " I demanded because she clicked her tongue.

"His in some huge castle called Merdival. The problem is it's owned by a vampire who has a high status. From what I see, his name is Vladimir Grey. I wouldn't waltz in if I were you but being you means ignoring me." She warned me but I wasn't ready to take that in.

"I'm going in on my own. If I don't come back then file to the agency that I'll be gone for a while." I informed her but she wanted to say something before I cut the call.

"Bernice take care. I'm heading out. If I'm not home then don't worry about me." I informed her but she wanted me to stay.

"Please don't go..."

"I have to. Take care of the house while I'm gone." I said before I entered the car and drove off.

I went to my team headquarter in Montana and then I saw Stephen. He looked at me in curiosity as I took what I needed.
