Day one of my attack with Vladimir. I had let eight days pass without an attempt on his life. He was a bit suspicious that I hadn't attacked or escaped but he said nothing.

Well I did try to escape but they were other vampires who protected his fucking castle plus the skeleton that moves around at midnight which would make it extremely difficult to cross out with a blind kid.

I waited for Vladimir in the shadows of his own home at the peek of the night. I heard him approaching my direction as I smirked and waited patiently. He didn't notice as I followed him around.

I then pulled a string and then he dodged the obstacles and landed into a pentagon symbol I drew that is used to hold demons and undead. He looked down and then he looked at me as I brought a gun close to him.

He was surprisingly calm as I stood in front of him with a gun in my hand before I pointed towards his chest. He shook his head as if disappointed and looked at me.

"I didn't expect you to be this cunning but you forgot one detail." He said before he grabbed the gun from me quickly and disabled it.

"I also have a human part that is a witch." He said before he dropped my gun on the floor.

I threw a loud sonic radio and cover my ears with headphones as Vladimir blocked his ears but he still felt the pain of the waves. His ears were bleeding a little not like it would work on an original hybrid much.

I took out the knife from my boots and threw at him but he caught it and crushed it to dust. He blew at the particles right in my face before he kicked me down and placed his leg on me.

"I win human. Tomorrow 7:00pm at Resort Hotel. I'll be waiting." He said before he walked away in the darkness.

I gritted my teeth as I rubbed off the fine metal particles from my face and then went to the place the room I shared with Avery.

Avery wasn't in the room not that I worried since he usually slept with Liana and Yvo. I went through the videos of our fight as I wrote down all of Vladimir's strengths and weaknesses I could point out.

When I was done, I groaned at the fact that I was going to have sex with a fucking vampire. Somebody should just bite me. I don't mean literally.

The next day, I waited until it was time and then headed to Resort Hotel which one of the vampires had to drive me to. I was shocked he actually let me come unescorted but he knew I wouldn't escape since I'm a man of my words and the fact that Avery is still in his care.

I entered the hotel which was grand before I walked to the Reception who looked at me with a smile.

"I'm here under the reservation Mr Grey." I said as she typed into her system and smiled.

"The roof." She said as she had one for the stewards follow me to the roof.

I loosened the tie of my suit which Vladimir had me wear which was weird if we were just going to fuck. We got to the roof and then the steward left and I walked in.

It was beautifully decorated with flowers and Christmas lights that I was confused on the occasion. I saw a table which had a the light arranged in a heart shape along with roses beside it. It was... Beautiful and weirdly romantic but I wouldn't ever admit that.

Vladimir walked out from the shadows and then offered me a bouquet of orchids and white roses which apparently were my favorites. I wondered how he knew and then took it from his hands and then walked to our table.

"I thought we were screwing without no strings." I said before he shook his head.

"Well I decided to change it to this as it serves a better replacement for the mean time." He responded then he hit a spoon on his glass cup before a waiter came. He served us dinner and wine before he walked away.

"Tell me about yourself human." Vladimir said as I gave him a mean look.

"I have a name fangs and it's Adonis." I responded as I took a bite from my steak.

"Adonis? That's a lovely name." He added as I gave him a weird look.

"How old are you?" He asked as I glared at him.

"It's rude to ask."

"I think that refers to people like me."

"I'm 21." I responded as I kept eating.

"I detest vampires, I work as a hunter, I'm the only person who can protect Avery since I'm his only family and I don't like being around the likes of you." I narrated then he smiled.

"Enough about me tell me about you." He looked away before he thought about what I said.

"I'm Vladimir Grey. I have seven other siblings, two from same parents and the five same mother. I love helpless things because I feel need to love and help them." He added as he looked at me.

"Was that a compliment or an insult?" I asked but he sipped his blood wine and hummed.

"Maybe. I'm not your interpreter." He added as I chewed my meat aggressively.

Vladimir and I talked about many things as I kept on eating and drinking. I was surprised how I haven't blown a fuse on him because there were times he tested my intelligence.

When I was feeling light headed, I paused drinking and then looked at Vladimir.

"I want to go home." I demanded before Vladimir smiled.

"Don't you want to stay for dessert. It's cream cheese." He informed me but I shook my head.

"I'll pass." I said before Vladimir sighed and then we went to the car downstairs.

Vladimir was nice in a way but I wasn't going to let my guard's down for a bloodsucker. I decided that when I was sober enough, I would come up with a better plan to kick his ass.

When I got home, Avery was asleep in Yvo's room. I didn't want to wake him up since he was comfortable where he was before I went to my room and slept off.

Day two of my attack, I decided to give some time before I attacked Vladimir. I had to get help from people who were witch hunters so I could find a way to weaken him.

I did my research and was finally ready. I decided to draw curse symbols for witches in places that Vladamir would see them before I laid the vampire caging trap that Dylan designed.

I knew a few spells for a human but I never bothered trying them. Since I found the opportunity, I could use it. I was acted normally as I observed Vladimir who had another thing coming.

He saw me and the symbols on the wall before he looked at me with an annoyed look.

"I said we could spar but I didn't say you could do your finger painting on my walls." Vladimir complained as I smirked at how his mood changed.

"You said any means necessary. So be a good vamp and take a nap in a coffin." I said before I passed him.

I observed as he entered his library before I followed behind him and locked the door then poured salt on the door way. Vladimir looked uncomfortable because of all the symbols making me realize he was more witch than vampire, no wonder he was so powerful.

I then threw a knife at Vladimir who dodged it and then entered the barrier that rose and trapped him inside. Vladimir tried to use a spell on it but it bounced back and then I laughed.

"I guess I win." I said confidently before Vladimir laughed.

"I wouldn't be so sure human." Vladimir said before he started to draw a symbol on the air before all the books in the shelf started to fall out and cleaned the salt. Some brushes started to mess with with the symbol before a pen went to the trap circuit and cut it off freeing Vladimir.

I quickly threw a flash bomb which surprised him and then I was behind him and stabbed him with a smirk on my face but he smiled and pointed behind. I was about to turn when I felt a knife to my throat and then I looked to see it was a mirage.

"Very clever. I'm beginning to be wary." Vladimir said before he released me and handed me the knife.

"Tomorrow we're going out. Wear something colourful." Vladimir said with a stoic face before he walked out the room.
